Fully equipped small 1 Bedroom apartment with recently refurbished bathroom, ideal for 2 although can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a balcony with nice views over the lake and to the sunset. 5 minutes walk to the beach and very close to La mata amenities and shops. Close to the bus stops to go to Torrevieja or Alicante.

“Wrong first address given.”

Not what we expected. Not ideal for people who can't climb stairs 32 in total. The first address was completely different to the second address that was given to us. There is no photo of the front of the property which consists of 3 floors with verandas that pass all the front doors.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review, however we would like you to be honest. There was a problem with the address TripAdvisor was showing and it has been fixed, was not a completely different address, it was showing number 16 on the same street while the good one was number 18. There is no indication on the ad about a lift on the property so it’s to expect to have stairs. Also we would have loved you to mention we gave you all your money back when you complained and did not charge you for the cleaning fee nor the days you stayed on ten apartment and you got a full refund and we helped you on your decision to move to another place as we told you we only want happy people in like property and we will keep like that.
