REAL 100 meters from ski lifts: View, Parking free of residence at the foot of the building, opposite the rock climbing Serre Chevalier, 50 meter swimming pool (summer / winter), many shops: tourist, guide office, supermarket, deli, bakery, sports shop with equipment rental, cinema, ski school, bank, laundry, linen rental, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors .... in winter: 50 meters rink, 100 'real' from the lifts, the gathering of the ski schools, the day nursery for children, 200 meters of cross-country ski tracks ... in summer: 200 meters from Lake Pontillas: swimming, canoes and sandy beach for children, lawn for adults and Lake "biotope" of Serre Chevalier. At the starting point of whitewater sports (cannioning, rafting, air boat, paddle ...) mountain bike tracks but also paintball, ice driving circuit, horse riding, Adventure Park (Adventure Park) , paragliding baptism, race track ..... close to the heritage and nature trails, great routes: GR50: It crosses from station 150 meters from the apartment. 7 km. Briançon (station) and 10 min. by shuttle. From Paris by TGV, you are 4h30 from the station of Oulx (Italy) ... and a shuttle bus will take you in 30 min. at the apartment . Inside, missing only the sheets and towels!
