This is a beautiful two bed penthouse apartment with it's very own private solarium. This property is furnished to a lovely standard with air conditioning in every room and also has sattelite tv and wifi.
The apartment has a balcony off the living room and has interior stairs to a very large private solarium that also boasts distant sea views. The local beach at La Zenia is only a three minute walk away and the very popular resort at La Zenia is also about a three minute walk . This property also boasts a beautiful communal pool area so is ideal as you have a great choice of either the beach or the pool .
