Description
This bright, spacious apartment with wifi connection is very secure and is well-equipped to cater for all your needs. It is located on the third (top) floor and can be accessed either by stairs or by means of a lift. The South facing balcony is very private and is not overlooked. There is a travel cot with mattress provided in the apartment. You are requested to bring your own cot sheet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
All necessary amenities are immediately adjacent - bars, restaurants, banks, hairdresser, pharmacy, taxis and supermarkets. There is a taxi rank at adjacent La Zenia roundabout. There is also a bus stop , allowing easy access to public transport for anyone wishing to visit nearby Torrevieja, or further North to Alicante or Cartagena to the South.
The nearest local market is held in Playa Flamenca (approx a 15 minutes walk) every Saturday morning and is well worth a visit.
For those of you who like to keep up to date on all the big sporting events, Paddy's Point and Gogartys pubs will make sure you are not disappointed, and they are only across the road from the apartment. There is even a screen which can be watched while sitting outside enjoying the sunshine.
Nearby Torrevieja has many attractions such as its aqua park, boardwalk, market stalls, restaurants and lively night life. It also boasts a theatre which stages a variety of concerts and shows.
There are day trips from Torrevieja harbour to the island of Tabarca. There are also short boat trips (approx half-hour in duration) along the coastline from Torrevieja.
There are several excellent golf courses a short drive away including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The La Zenia golf society arranges trips to many of the surrounding golf courses and will arrange club hire etc. if required. This group meets on the morning of golf trips across the road from the apartment at Gogartys pub. Paddy's Point also has a society which arranges trips to local golf courses.
Terra Mitica, the theme park in Benidorm (90 minute drive) is well worth a visit – tour buses will pick you up at La Zenia and take you there and back.
Airport taxi service can also be arranged if required.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with two single (3ft) beds. There is a bed/settee in the lounge which comfortably sleeps two adults. There is a pillow and bed cover stored underneath. The bathroom is fitted with shower and bidet.
There is a lovely shared pool, with a toddler section, at the rear of the apartment. It is completely enclosed and very private.

The shared garden has a spacious swimming pool, with a separate toddlers section, which is very private and is rarely used by more than a few people at a time.
There is generous space around the pool, with fixed seating for those who might like to spend time in this area.
There is lots of available roadside parking.

“Lovely”
Lovely appartment. Close to everything and fully equipped. Would recommend to anyone. Safe building with easy access. Pool area lovely, but didn’t use as we loved walking to beach

“Super located and comfortable apartment”

I totally understand and I am so sorry for any upset I caused by telling you I could not accept your booking. It is very unusual for our management company to comment on the condition of our apartment after a guest leaves. However, they emailed me to say it was not left in an acceptable condition after your stay and they requested that I should not take a future booking from you. We rely on our management company to look after our apartment and our guests. As a rule, we find them excellent and we regularly get complimentary feedback from guests about the cleanliness of the apartment and how helpful they found the management company. “Amazing apartment perfect location”
What can I say we have just arrived back after a fantastic 2 weeks the apartment was clean and tidy ideal size for the 5 of us. The shared pool is fantastic for the kids and adults perfect size with a kids pool incorporated. The apartment is above and across from bars and restaurants which made evenings with the live music fantastic on the balcony. The apartment is around 10 mins walk to beach La zenia. The shopping centre is around 15/20 minute walk but there is a supermarket straight across the street. Teresa was fantastic to book with she gave fast responses and her apartment managers were brilliant Steve met us on arrival with the keys and showed us the apartment. Angela was on hand if we had any queries. They also arranged transport to and from the airport and was just hassle free
