Apartment in a great residential area in La Zenia - Orihuela Costa - Costa Blanca, close to all amenities, shops at 100 m, only 800 meters beach, Golf Vilamartin 3 km from Alicante Airport is a 50 km.Quartier residential apartment consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, the apartment is air conditioned, cabled (CanalSat - TNT fr - Ned - Sp - Belge FL and FR and now UK Channels ) and WiFi is also available.
The apartment is for 4 persons is located Sout-west with 75 sq metter, and 55 sq metter solarium and 12sq metter balcon. You can enjoy a beautiful pool, Jacuzzi, all surrounded by beautiful greenery and a parking space located under the building.
