This is a lovely 2 bed house in the very popular Colinas de la Zenia Complex which is betwwen both the resorts of La Zenia and Cabo Roig . . Cabo Roig with its many fine restaurants and bars is only an eight minute walk from here and about the same walk to La Zenia . This house has the use of a beautiful communal pool , and if this does not suit , you can walk to the nearest beach at Cabo Roig in 15 - 20 minutes .
Cabo Roig is one of the most popular areas on the Orihuela Costa . This area boasts some fantastic beaches like Cala Capitan , Cabo Roig , La Zenia & Campoamor . Three of these beaches are within a 15 - 20 minute walk from this property and if you do not fancy the beach then just have a relaxing day by the pool .
After a long day in the sun it is nice to know that many local bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep . For your evening out you have not far to walk as it only takes about 8 minutes to get to the nearest restaurant .
Cabo Roig boasts a fantastic array of restaurants for you to choose from like Indian , Chinese , Thai , Italian , Steakhouses and of course tradional Spanish food .
There are three Indian restaurants to choose from ( Kings of Tandoori , Shakira & Balti Towers ) all serving the highest quality of food . There are some very popular steak houses ( Beef or Salmon , Y.O.L.O , Aberdeen Angus , Asador de Don Mariano ) all serving beautiful steaks at very reasonable prices . There are some lovely Italian restaurants here like the now famous PUCINNIS , ITALIAN AFFAIR & MAMA MIA that have now become some of the most popular restaurants on the strip .
A new Spanish restaurant recently opened ( Asador de Don Mariano ) which already has become very popular with everyone , serving beautiful steaks , every type of fish and of course their traditonal dish of Paella .
For places to go in the evening time , then you have to head into the nearest city of Torrevieja and spend your evening on the local promenade with its lovely sea views ( lovely breeze ) , great choice of restaurants and of course the carnival for the children and the fantastic market stalls that are set up for you as you walk along the promenade . There are plenty of restaurants here to choose from and there is no hurry home as everything stays open until 02.00 .
Torrevieja has its own waterpark ( Aquapolis ) which opens every day of the summer from 11.00 - 19.00 . There is now a free bus service to the waterpark that runs four times a day from 10.15 , 11.00 , 12.00 & 13.00 . In nearby Playa Flamenca there is also a Go - Kart track that is suitable for both adults and children as there are two seperate tracks for safety

Response from the manager Well what a surprise you made a bad review. Not once in the 3 times I have seen you during your stay did you mention any bad comments . The linen and towels are all new so no you are wrong. No cockroaches in there and if there was why did you not say. As for departure you was told when it was at 01.30 in the morning the day after you arrived and it was on your booking to say leave at 11am not my fault you booked a cheap late flight and expect to stay in for another day you not paid for Your not welcome anyway

We loved this house it was close enough for everything we wanted to do, lots of lovely restaurants and bars.I really enjoyed the coastal paths and visiting the beach bars along the way.

“Great location and accommodation suited our requirements.”
Close enough to walk to Zenia Boulevard commercial centre with restaurants and bars, and the local Mercadona (supermarket), but out of the way enough to have a relaxing quiet holiday if you wanted it. The house is in a lovely secure, gated setting and the shared pool was a godsend with the kids. Accommodation was fine and had everything we needed. The nearest beach is Cabo Roig and I would guess its about a half hour walk if you have young children, and there are plenty of other beaches in the area, to get out and about I would recommend hiring a car. Overall the accomodation was a great base for us and we had a really good enjoyable holiday here- thanks to Sharon and Noel.
