Recently decorated 2 bedroom house superbly located in one of the best urbanizations in the south of the Costa Blanca, Colinas de La Zenia. It’s prime position opposite one of the two communal pools makes it ideal for family holidays. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
The private gated complex is safe and secure and benefits from beautifully landscaped gardens, the best of which can be found directly in front of the house. This really is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday for golfers, walkers, swimmers, shoppers or sunbathers just wanting to soak up the sun on the terrace, beach or by the pool.

“Excellent”
I had a superb time. The TV and WiFi worked very well. The communal are kept very well with a beautiful swimming pool. The only problem is that next-door were extremely noisy with the kids crying and shouting morning noon and night. It's a shame cause I would have gone again. Too noisy.

“Lovely house in La Zenia”
Just spent two weeks at Casa La Zenia, lovely clean house air conditioning in both bedrooms and all you will need for a good holiday there's freeview so you can still watch all of your English TV when the sun gets too much, washing machine etc.. Sun loungers in the front garden which catches the sun all day, the swimming pool is right outside the gate. Situated in a small gated community around 10 minute walk into Cabo roig for lots of restaurants and bars or the other way down to La Zenia roundabout with paddys point bar and restaurants. It's also a 15 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard for lots of shopping and restaurants and 15 minute walk to the lovely beaches at La Zenia and Cabo roig. Would definitely go back to stay here and recommend to others.
