Here for rent is my two bedroom semi-detached house in the heart of La Zenia.

Quick Summary –

The property is on the La Zenia Elite complex, situated 250 meters (5 mins walk) from the brand new La Zenia Boulevard shopping center and 600 meters (10 mins walk) to the Beach.

Due to the central location of the house, almost anything is in walking distance, with a wide range of Bars, Restaurants and Shops to choose from.

At the rear of the property is a secure, enclosed pool area consisting of two pools surrounded by clean astro-turf and neat block paving which is maintained daily to a high standard. The nearest of the pools is within 3 meters of the back gate, and is only available for use by a small number of houses so it is never crowded.

The open pool area is perfect for children and adults. With plenty of room for children to play and you to sunbathe whilst being able to see them at all times. Shaded areas also provided around the pool when you or the little ones have had enough sun.

ALL EXITS FROM THE HOUSE AND GARDENS ARE GATED AND LOCKABLE to ensure the safety of children.

A travel cot and baby gate are also available to use if you wish.

The entire area is patrolled night and day by security.

PLEASE NOTE -

- Each stay is subject to a cleaning fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival at property to the key holder. This includes removal of all bedding and waste so you can enjoy your last day on holiday,

- Even if the calendar shows dates as reserved they may still become available within 48hrs so please, still do get in touch!

Response from the owner I am extremely disappointed that you have given this review after you had made no attempt to contact me to give me chance to rectify any problems. I was completely unaware that you had issues and had I been made aware I would've done my best to sort them ASAP. Leaving us a one star review for problems which could have been sorted within the hour if you would have just said is unfair in my opinion. As for the area being "run down", it simply is not the case. I accept some houses are under development but how can i change that? My interest is what i provide to guests, which is a house on a fully completed and well maintained complex. I don't expect a 5 star review if you was not happy, but i am very upset at the 1 star. If it was actually 1 star quality i should have been contacted immediately, which I wasn't. Future guests please be aware that although I disagree with rating of this review, the issue of cleanliness will be investigated immediately. Mike
