Make of your next vacation or visit to Floripa, an event for the rest of your life!
The outdoor space is a mix of lawn, fruit trees (guava, plum, banana, lemon, pitanga and others), flowers (orchids, bromeliads, aloe-vera, lavender, etc.) and vegetable garden. A swimming pool and patio for hot summer days or nights, with lounge chairs and table, there is also a place for gathering with outdoor fire on special occasions.
In the neighborhood you find food for all tastes, regional, international organic or even vegan. Small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops are the main attraction of Centrinho da Lagoa (Downtown Lagoon), plus some of the best nightclubs on the island, with interesting people.
Public transportation have a well-defined schedule and there is a bus stop at the entrance of the street, 200 meters from the house. Another bus stop within 800mts has a lot more bus options. There is also a 24 hr taxi service that can pick you up at the door.
This is all without mentioning, Lagoa da Conceição and its own exuberance dominating the neighborhood, occupying most of the region and where many water sports can be done. The rest of our magic island, is a exciting program, that you can do by car or bus, north or south with 30/40km in each direction. There are 42 beaches, other lagoons, many restaurants, trails, fancy beach clubs and quiet surroundings!
