Description
Seaview house is Located on the Attica just south of Athens, Greece also known as the Lagonisi Riviera, the property is on the side of the peninsular which has the best of weather all year round.
What it has to offer. With panoramic sea views the apartment overlooks the Saronic Gulf towards the Peloponnese, the sun comes up behind property and surrounding mountains and sets with the backdrop of Peloponnese mountain's. The location is just far enough for the serenity but equally via drive or public transport accessible to activities, facilities and towns and Athens. Seaview house is a perfect location to base yourself for a relaxing down time holiday or holiday with activities.
The area. It is just 5-10 minute walk to variety of local, safe beaches, they are mostly sand but also a few rocky coves, the sea is clear and lends itself to scuba diving and snorkelling. Many sports facilities are avalible (sailing, tennis, beach volleyball, basketball.) There is also good quality climbing in the area, walks and scrambling in local mountains/hills.
The apartment has a large lounge/dinning area with leads out to a balcony, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom run off this as well as a conservatory. It sleeps up 6 to comfortably with a bed settee in lounge and has air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge. This location and property is private and away from the crowds and could suit couples, families, groups or individual travellers. Within the property is one parking space and more parking outside.
For you comfort the property has Wi-Fi, TV a DVD player. It has a solar water heater and a wood burner for colder evenings. The kitchen is set up as self catering and fully fitted with all you will need equipped with fridge/freezer, oven microwave, washing machine. The shower/bathroom and newly refurbished with towels, hair drier.
For you safety of you and/or family we have fitted smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. On request we have cot and high chair for little ones also the balcony and property is all on one level with security gates to stop little ones wandering off we have.
The apartment overlooks the Saronic Gulf towards the Peloponnese with 3 local safe beaches, mostly sand and a few rocky coves which have many sports facilities (tennis, beach volleyball, basketball and scuba diving snorkelling.) There is also climbing in the area, walks and scrambling in local mountains/hills.
