“Amazing stay” Place was clean , looks much better than the photos and had tons of items u would need to buy at the store for other rentals already in the condo for you. Master bed very comfortable. Back patio nice to sit out in. Within walking distance to beach. Pools and parks across from condo. Owner is helpful and answers quickly . Has wifi and cable tv. Close to great food places and fun. Wonderful experience and priced very well for what you get. Would definitely book again in the future. Thanks Bob for a great stay.

“Amazing.” This was our second stay in this condo. We were only steps from the beach and indoor/outdoor pools. The hot tub was a great addition after a day on the beach. The condo itself was family friendly and had all things that we needed. I plan on trying to get the same place next year.

“It was enjoyable” We stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days. We really enjoyed being right next to the pool. Although the ad is misleading on the "private dock". It is one huge dock for everyone and it is first come first serve. Also wish there was some time of instructions in the room such as "blankets are located...extra pillows...towels..ect." also there were no check out instructions such as to where to leave dirty towels, make the bed, dishes, or to where to leave the keys. None of this was an inconvenience for us but would have been nice to know. We would Definitely stay here again!

“Fabulous week” The accommodations were great. The view spectacular! The staff were so pleasant and very sweet to help with any questions we had. The gym was equipped nicely. The location was perfect and close to many nice restaurants and shopping areas. The pools were both a little too cold for me, but beautiful. Hate to share too nice a review, because we want to go back!!

“Great trip” The place was nice and clean and great view loved it. I be back next year same spot. Kids loved there rooms. Wife love the tub. Couldn't asked for a better place to stay.

“Fantastic” Our stay was fantastic. The condo was beautiful, classy, accommodating, family-friendly, and in the perfect location. The condo is steps away from the beach, has a gorgeous outdoor pool and hot tub (simply stunning), outdoor drink and food hut, and an indoor pool and hot tub facility for those rainy days. The condo location is directly on the main strip in panama city beach, which allowed easy access to great food and entertainment. Everything you would ever want to see and do is just minutes away. The condo owner was phenomenal! They ensured we were prepared for our trip, was prompt and informative with important information, and was available and prompt in answering any questions we had. I would high recommend this vacation rental, and will definitely visit again!

“Really Sleeps 8!” Don't know how the prices are normally but going in May we felt we got a great price for beachfront that sleeps 8. With a master bedroom, two in-wall bunk beds and 2 full size sleeper sofas in the living room we had a place for everyone to sleep! The bunk beds of course are nice for kids, however the top bunk did not have any kind of railing or side and I was concerned about one of our kids rolling off. We actually did have an incident where our son was coming down trying to get to the ladder and fell. There is an extra mattress type thing under the bed on the floor so I would probably pull that out some just in case. Two full bathrooms (one in master bedroom and one in hallway) with detachable shower heads, which I always like to use especially with kids Loved that it was all tile floors and no carpet for hygiene reasons! For a family with 5 kids it was handy having a washer and dryer in the room to use. Also has a full kitchen, which we used, but it is tight. Stovetop and oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher and stocked and ready with dishes, pots and pans. Balcony had a few sand toys and pool items ready for the kids to use which I thought was cute. I believe there is Wifi- found the password the last night we were there in the guests' comment book which we would have used had we known it was available. It was in a great location for us, right across the street from the Wal-Mart where we end up always needing to make runs to at least every other day. Also super close to Pineapples Willy's and WonderWorks and we visited both. Beach was beautiful, condo looked clean and nice, good deal, great location and Jim had good communication with us which was nice. Do take your own hand soap, bath soap, shampoos and conditioners, laundry detergent, dish soap and detergent for the dishwasher, toilet paper and paper towels. We had taken half of that ourselves but didn't know to take toilet paper and bars of soap and wished I had known because I keep that on auto ship and had tons at home that I could have brought. Oh, pretty huge pool compared to some that I've seen with an outside hot tub and indoor hot tub that was the biggest I've seen! I also liked having a code to access the condo instead of a key or card that wasn't 25 numbers long. Overall, I was observing the condo and how things went the whole time to see if it was a place we would want to rebook and come back to and it is! This could easily be where we stay for our annual family vacation! The only other thing was there wasn't really great parking, that I could see, for high top vans or vehicles with overhead storage. And we were asked for proof of our bracelets at the pool so probably at least keep them on you.

“Absolute Amazement” This wasn't our first time staying in unit 1509 at Tropic Winds. Each time the unit is very clean and completely stocked with everything needed. Beautiful unit, tastefully decorated, amazing view, awesome beach. We will continue to book with Gary. Already looking forward to our next stay.

“Mrs and Mr” Great trip and location! We rented bikes and literally parked the car and did not get back in until it was time to go back home. Our oldest son learned to ride his bike without training wheels The boys loved that we could jump on the bikes and ride to grab breakfast, lunch dinner or their favorites - go to Gigi's toy store or the Sugar Shak! The pool wa right across the street and beach was a short walk or for us with so much stuff a short shuttle ride away!

“Wonderful vacation!” We had a wonderful vacation at Top of the Gulf! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The owner was very friendly and we would stay here again!!

“Beautiful condo with amazing balcony view” First of all, thank you Joe and Pat Gremillion for sharing your beautiful condo with us and for being so accommodating in making our arrangements. This condo was absolutely beautifully decorated. The balcony was amazing. Not only was it spacious, it was also nicely furnished. The view from the 17th floor was awesome. Parking was a breeze, we were lucky enough to park on the 2nd floor during our entire stay. Access to the beach was just a step away, very convenient. We are planning to return again next year.

“Forget the beach... Give me life on the river” Kathryn, Ron, Annie, and Gracie couldn't have been more gracious hosts. Kathryn and Ron were so accommodating and Annie and Gracie are my favorite furbabies on the planet. There was so much to enjoy right outside the front door. The river is so relaxing and the entire retreat is so well appointed and still a short drive to the beach. We enjoyed the fire pit, the river, the hammocks, the boat ride, the beautiful night lights, playing with Annie and relaxing with Gracie... The list goes on. Kathryn suggested a visit to Gulf World where she and Ron made sure we were treated like VIP. The shows and exhibits were amazing! And if you're wondering if you should have breakfast... YES! You should. My mom is a very good cook and picky eater and she loved every item on the menu. My mother has always hated bread pudding, but not Kathryn's! It is the best bread pudding you'll ever have. With all of that said; I must say the best part was chatting with Kathryn at breakfast and learning about the history the river holds from the boat ride with Ron. Kathryn and Ron have created a unique experience that you simply can't get anywhere else. State side or abroad- this was my most favorite mini vacation ever and I'm already planning my next visit. I'm home now and I am still feeling rejuvenated and relaxed from my time at Choctaw Lodge Retreat. My only issue is I am hungry because now I have to cook my own breakfast again :(. Tip for future guests: in the master bathroom shower... The big knob at the bottom... Pull it... you're welcome ;)

“Great location” We had a great vacation! Condo was really nice. Only thing we would change is more bath and kitchen towels. There were no kitchen towels at all. Lol
