“luxurious and peaceful combined with private pool and trees” We have enjoyed this lovely home in 4 separate years. It has all the amenities of home and more. “Quiet Spacious Well Appointed Home” Central located in North Port in a quiet residential area between Naples and Sarasota with quick access to I -75 to allow easy access to many beaches, attractions and restaurants. The owner has thought of everything for a day out with the family at the beach including shell scoops to find that special seashell or prized shark tooth!! The house has a very well appointed kitchen, spacious pool area and a heated pool and hot tub. There is even a full office to keep up with any computer needs you may have. “Great Location to Beaches- Quiet Getaway” My husband and I have previously lived in Southwest Florida and have been trying to get back for a vacation for a few years now. This house was perfect for our needs. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Our kids ages 12, 10, and 5 had a great time! Our only minor complaint was with the pool. It was pretty chilly since it is solar heated. My kids still got in, but it was too cold for my husband and I. The management team made everything very easy for us. We would like to visit again!

“very comfortable and excellent location” The pictures and description of the condo are very accurate. Last year rented a 1 Bedroom 1 bath condo and this certainly was an upgrade. Enjoyed the restaurants that Jackie had recommended and the nearby beaches that we took advantage of often. Excellent location to visit other areas such as Venice and Sarasota. Would recommend to anyone.

“Great vacation!” The condo could use some updating in furnishings but all necessary essentials were there including umbrella beach chairs and the kitchen was well equipped. Also great beach towels and short walk to the Beach. The bay view was outstanding- loved the balcony which was a nice size and great fishing from the docks.

“Wonderful Florida Holiday” We enjoyed the month of March in the Lilsis home and it was wonderful. We found the house to be very clean, updated and comfortable - the exceptional weather made our time in the beautiful new pool very enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and walking and biking were a pleasure. The lake view, with it's wide variety of wildlife and the amazing sunsets, was an added bonus. Boris, and his team, were great hosts - very friendly and responsive. We are already looking forward to our 2016 visit.
