Description
Self Catered ski chalet sleeping 14 in 7 bedrooms. We have a lovely spacious modern chalet on the edge of the stunning village - Alpe d'Huez. Our chalet is extremely well equipped, our Hot Tub has spectacular views of the 21 hairpins and valley below. The chalet also has a large South Facing Balcony and Sauna along with an extremely spacious Boot Room (bike storage for 14 bikes in the summer). Large open plan Living Room - Dining Room with large TV and WiFi. Our Snug (a separate living room) has an X Box with 50+ games, additional TV-DVD player with 200+ DVD's and Guest Library with 150+ books. Finally 7 Bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite and the other 3 bedrooms share a house bathroom and house shower room. The fabulous resort of Alpe d'Huez offers incredible skiing for everyone, whether you like shredding the Red Runs, challenging yourself of the Black Runs, doing the Cruisy Blues or learning on the Green Runs, ADH has got it all, including the amazing Sarenne Glacier, Pic Blanc and the Snowpark. Newer additions include Marcels farm - for beginners, the Boarder Cross / Skier Cross, the Jump Air Bag and much much more. The village also offers a variety of other activities and facilities. There is an outdoor ice rink (its free for those who buy a weeks ski pass), an outdoor pool, yes in winter BUT it is heated (promise) a fabulous sports centre with indoor pool, climbing wall, a superbly equipped gym (with a view to die for) and a variety to other indoor sports. You can also go tandem para-gliding, husky dog sled-riding, winter ice rally driving on an outdoor track, XC skiing, climbing, walking and the list goes on. But if its a more sedate thing that floats your boat, ADH has a myriad of bars, restaurants and shops to check out. Visit now at our chalet and see for yourself.

Response from the owner We have responded to our guest. Sadly the SPA got damaged by a guest and due to covid we were unable to get he spa fixed for the group - which we told our guests about. Very upset to read these comments, which are wrong and misleading. Our bathrooms do have loads of places to store toiletries, the kitchen is brand new - so how anyone can say its poorly maintained is beyond belief!!! The gas ran out and was replaced with a new bottle. The has ran out after 6pm and so was replaced the following day. The gas shop was closed due to the curfew imposed by the government. We replaced the gas the very next morning.
