This beautifull modern and very spacious 3 bedroom apartment is situated in a cypriot residential area in the heart of Larnaca Town, occupying a great position for exploring locally or as a base for travelling further afield.. The property is new and has been finished to an extremely high standard.. The wraparound balcony makes it a splendid entertaining area, outside dining and relaxation. The property has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard with a spacious fully fitted kitchen with all essential electrical appliances. The spacious comfortable living area is open plan with very large leather sofas and solid wood furnishings. There are three spacious bedrooms, fully airconditioned, of which the master bedroom has its own ensuite and balcony. The other two bedrooms are served with good size family bathroom and a wc/basin for guest.

UTILITY BILLS are all included in the price.

Local amenities, supermarkets, branded shops, chemists, cafes, restaurants are within a few minute walking distance and for those that have children, the local Mcdonalds is just a walk away.

Within 8 MINUTE DRIVE is the famous sandy beach called 'PHINIKOUDES', lined with palm trees on the famous promenade with its fancy cafes and restaurants.

1.The apartment is fully managed by a local property management company. Sue will meet and greet you upon arrival to the apartment. WELCOME PACKS are avalaible at no extra cost (slice bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, wine, bottled water, carton of juice).

Guests are required to vacate the property at 14.00 PM ON THE DEPARTURE DAY, if late departure is needed please ask but this is not always available .

I stayed at this apartment in Oct 2011, This is a very clean apartment and decorated to a high standard. The location is quite yet only a few minutes drive to the main town of larnarca. You have all the facilitys you require from a washing machine to a playstation. The main bedroom has an ensuit and i must say the beds are suprisingly very comftable. The bathroom has a nice sized bath tub and good to relax after a long day at the beach. With your own parking space I would recommend a car as you have lots to see and do. With the beach and all the restaurants and bars just a few minutes drive away . I must say if you want a high class apartment without the high class price stay here you wont be dissapointed. Thank - you for an amazing stay i would definatley stay here again.
