Description
Ilios Akti is a family owned villa facing the beach on Chrysochous Bay between Polis and Latchi. It is a truly beach front bungalow. One is able to open the garden gate straight onto the sand (no shoes required!). From the raised deck at the edge of the garden, one will be able to watch the water breaking on the beach and, if lucky during June to October perhaps observe (at night) a wild sea turtle laying its eggs or hatchlings making their way to the water! It is quiet and romantic. There one can enjoy the fantastic sunsets and spends extraordinary nights under the stars.

We have just invested in significant improvements to the property. The private garden has now been extended and reaches all the way to the beach walkway and a new stone patio, wooden deck and green areas have been developed. “Perfect stay”
Lovely accommodation in the perfect setting. Not very often you get both a private pool and the sea at the bottom of your garden. Really well equipped inside and out. Beach bar 5 mins walk away served great food. Good restaurants also to be found in both Latchi and Polis which are within walking distance. Jovanna kindly arranged for a local taxi firm to pick us up from the airport and we used them a couple of times to get out and about. They called round one morning to give us oranges from their garden! Hope to be back soon.
