Description
Situé au cœur de l'Ardèche méridionale, la Madé II est une maison indépendante tout confort, climatisée et de plain pied d'environ 75 m2 et pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Elle est classée 3 étoiles. Chambres spacieuses, séjour lumineux, terrasse couverte, barbecue et jardin privatifs, piscine à partager (avec bains à remous) vous permettront d'y passer un excellent séjour et de vous y sentir comme chez vous!
Ce gîte offre une grande pièce à vivre constituée d’une cuisine américaine toute équipée et d’un séjour lumineux donnant sur une terrasse couverte exposée plein sud.
La maison dispose de deux grandes chambres d’environ 13 m2 chacune :
- la première est équipée d’un lit en 160X200 cm et
- la deuxième de deux lits en 90X190 .
Les deux chambres sont pourvues de placards intégrés et d’une climatisation indépendante.
La pièce à vivre (climatisée) se compose d’un coin salon et d’une cuisine entièrement équipée (four, four micro-onde, plaque de cuisson induction, hotte, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle) ainsi que d’une table et six chaises.
La salle d’eau possède une douche à l’italienne, un lavabo, un lave linge et un sèche-cheveux.
Les WC sont séparés.
Extérieur : jardin privatif avec barbecue. Table et chaises de jardin sur terrasse couverte.
La *piscine du propriétaire* (non chauffée, ouverte de fin mai à septembre) de 13 x 5m équipée d’une zone spa (bains à bulles) est entièrement sécurisée. Elle est *à partager* avec les vacanciers d’un second gîte de même superficie (la Madé I). Merci de noter que la crème solaire n'est pas autorisée dans la piscine.
Proche des commerces (supérette, primeur, boulangerie-pâtisserie, boucherie, bar-tabac, fleuriste, salons de coiffure).
Gîte non fumeur (les fumeurs sont priés de sortir sur la terrasse couverte).
Maison équipée d'un détecteur de fumée.
Animaux non acceptés.

Nous habitons sur place et serons ravis de pouvoir vous rendre service mais nous souhaitons rester discrets afin de respecter votre intimité.
Notre piscine sécurisée (portillon avec clé) est à la disposition des vacanciers de 10h à 20h de fin mai à septembre (crème solaire non autorisée dans la piscine).
Possibilité de fumer sur la terrasse couverte.
Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux.
