"LE CLOS CANTA JOY " Nouvel Etablissement,Classé 4 Epis Gites de France, Ouverture Avril 2016 -Ouvert à l'Année ,il vous propose :* Trois Maisons Individuelles avec exterieur et accès direct à la plage, dans un quartier calme du littoral méditerranéen.Toutefois toutes les animations,attractions,parc de loisirs sont à proximité.

Le Clos Canta Joy est une propriété privée clos de mur sur 2600 m2, située, en front de Méditerranée, dans laquelle se situent nos Trois Maisons individuelles avec son entrée indépendante .

Nos maisons ont un accès direct à pied à la plage de sable fin,par le chemin servitude de "L'impasse du Perdigal" soit à une minute de temps .

Nos Trois Maisons Individuelles, disposent chacune,d'un lextérieur privatif : *jardin arboré - terrasse Et * pergola ou loggia ;

Toutes les trois présentent le même agencement :

*un salon *une grande cuisine avec espace repas et +deux chambres suitées ( literie de confort - couchages en 180/200 soit 2x90 - nos salles de bains sont toutes équipées de douches italiennes) .

Chaque maison assure un hébergement de confort et de charme , elles ont été conçues pour une capacité d'accueil de 4 adultes .( surface habitable de 90 à 80 mètres carrés en fonction des maisons )

Un espace parking privé fermé permet de laisser son véhicule en toute sécurité . 'la situation calme de la propriete n'en est pas moins à proximité de tous commerces . Nous sommes à 800 mètres du village de pêcheur(Grau d'Agde -Port de Pêche) et à 2 km de l'entrée de la ville d'Agde avec toutes les enseignes .(piste cyclable ) et 2,5 km de l'entrée du Cap d'Agde -Quartier du Mail de Rochelongue - Du Golf international - Parc d'Aqualand et bien d'autres attractions ...

1-Maison individuelle avec jardin:L'oustal de Camillo

Elle a été aménagée et décorée avec l'esprit maison de pêcheur ,maison de plain pied Exposition plein Sud aux couleurs chaudes et accueillantes ,ses meubles authentiques ont été chinés sur PEZENAS.Elle comprend Deux Chambres suitées (avec salle de bains-douche italienne)-couchage confort180/200 (2x90). Un lumineux salon-bibliothèque - cuisine avec espace repas. Loggia couverte , un jardin arboré , terrasse loggia salon de jardin -accès direct à la plage.

2-Maison individuelle :L'Oustal d'Agathe

. Elle propose un accueil intimiste et très confortable pour un séjour reposant avec une décoration personnalisée, toujours très méridionale .Ses meubles, bien Francais, (chêne ou noyer), viennent pour l'essentiel de chez un artisan Ébéniste de l'Aveyron (CAMARES ). Le confort vous y attend pour un séjour de farniente ou trépidant d'activités sportives ,culturelles .. A vous de choisir !!.

Elle comprend:

Deux Chambres suitées (avec salle de bains-douche italienne)-couchage confort180/200 (2x90). Un lumineux salon-bibliothèque - cuisine avec espace repas. Loggia couverte , un jardin arboré , terrasse loggia salon de jardin -accès direct à la plage.

3-Maison indépendante:L'Oustal de Cyrène

Cyrene est une colonie grecque autre Cité Phocéenne,fondée comme AGDE .. Cette maison a été amenagée dans la seule anciene maison de ma Grand-mère Élise (BATTU) très ancienne famille Agathoise , son patronyme en a été donné à la Plage qui est le front de mer de notre proprieté, celle où vous irez vous baigner Et avec un peu d'imagination, vous pourrez penser que cette plage et ce bord de mer vous sont privatifs !! mais ceci est une simple vue de l'esprit . Ce qui ne l'est pas, en effet C'est que la plage porte réellement le nom des Battus ( sans T à la fin,merci).le nom des mes aïeulx. VOYEZ-VOUS , ce n'est pas la plage de "Monsieur , tout le monde", ceci est une expression très française et chargée d'humour !! Si Vous portez votre choix sur notre propriete , je vous souhaite d'y passer un excellent séjour,comme les jours heureux de mon enfance!!..

La maison L'Oustal de Cyrène est élevée d'un étage sur un rez de chaussée .Son rez de chaussée est aménagé de deux espaces à vivre avec LE coin salon et sa cuisine intégrée ouverte -coin repas .Un escalier vous conduit vers les deux chambres suitées( chacune sa salle de douche italienne indépendante et son Wc ) et Un grand balcon terrasse vue côté mer.

L'étage ayant été amenagé écologiquement bardage de bois et isolation en laine de bois (scierie heraultaise 34- des Avant-monts - travail et bois Francais) pour une invitation au voyage ... A découvrir . Son exterieur côté Nord -amenagé d'un salon de jardin permet d'y prendre les repas .
