Description

Local Type Villa 170 m in cosy creole style opposite a white sandy beach in a beautiful garden of Palmtrees for up to 6 people with housemaid/cook.

This house is located in a very quiet aera, far away from tourism in the south of the Island but just around the corner from the golf and watersportfacilities from the morne brabant.

The house is 20 m next to the Villa Cocoteraie, separated by a hedge and very private in a beautiful garden of palmtrees, with the sea at the left and great view on the well known Mountain Le Morne.

Bathing in front of the house is ideal for small children, with its white and fine sandy beach and shallow water.

The beautiful south coast is wild and natural.

1 housemaid comes 6x/week in the morning for cleaning. This service is included in the price.

The international Spot for Kite and Windsurf One Eye is only 5 minutes away by car. We will give you a good address in Le Morne!

You have the possibility of renting a Fisherboot vor trips in the lagoon in the village of le Morne nearby. We'll give you a good address for swimming with the dolphins (whales in season).

The bus stopps right in front of the house.

In Riviere Noire, you will find Deep Sea fishing,

Golf is open at Le Morne Brabant.

We will be pleased to organize your airport transfers and arrange your car hire.
