Availability of an apartment of 60 square meters fully furnished and renovated in the historic center of the capital Salentino, the wonderful Lecce. Air conditioning and central heating. Our strong point is the tranquility of the house and noise, as well as the place where it stands. Entry into the living room with mezzanine on which insists a comfortable master bedroom with real wood parquet, just below there is a sofa bed can be used if necessary as a real comfortable double bed which can support a single bed for the fifth person; in the next room we are the fully equipped kitchen and can be used immediately after there is a full bathroom with a large shower 1.5 m X 1 m. The kitchen leads into the open where you can spend happy hours sitting on tasting a glass of good wine from Salento in the morning and where you can warm up by gentle kisses solecchi our beautiful Salento peninsula. TAX 1 € PER PERSON
