Description

Villa delle Zagare è una signorile e tranquilla dimora circondata da un ampio giardino dove si può passeggiare tra un piccolo oliveto e un fitto aranceto o sostare per una piacevole lettura all'ombra di pini secolari.

Nella stagione estiva (18 giugno-30 settembre) è disponibile una piscina privata dotata di idromassaggio.

Sotto un ampio pergolato è possibile consumare colazione, pranzo e cena. Un frutteto, un'aiuola zen ed un piccolo orto botanico rendono ancora più suggestivi gli spazi esterni della parte retrostante, ove è possibile utilizzare un barbecue per una grigliata nelle serate estive.

Le alte volte, le grandi finestre presenti in ogni ambiente e l’ampio spazio verde circostante consentono di godere di una piacevole frescura in tutti i momenti della giornata. Inoltre, in ogni camera una finestra è attrezzata con zanzariera per un’ottimale areazione anche nelle ore notturne.

L’abitazione offre ai suoi ospiti due ampie camere matrimoniali, con bagno di pertinenza, arricchite da alti soffitti con volte a stella e arredate con mobili d’epoca. Ciascuna camera è fornita di finestre con vista sul giardino ombreggiato da pini imponenti e da rigogliose piante mediterranee.

Ulteriori ambienti a disposizione degli ospiti sono un salotto con TV satellitare, un salone, un soggiorno con TV e un’ampia cucina fornita di piano cottura, forno, lavello, frigo, lavastoviglie e lavatrice.

La colazione non è inclusa e viene autonomamente dagli ospiti in self-catering.

All'interno del giardino è prevista la possibilità di parcheggiare due auto.
