-EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.

Villa Del Lentisco is a recently renovated villa in pure Mediterranean style, with simplicity and linearity of shapes and colours, divided into two independent apartments. It is located near the coastal road connecting Santa Maria di Leuca and Castro and is characterized by a front patio delineated by arches overlooking a wonderful view of the sea, just the thing to brighten up your breakfast or lunch. This same patio leads to the sand-coloured infinity pool where you can relax with hydromassage jets and from here, on a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of the Greek coast. The clean, simple Mediterranean style and the white of the walls harmonize with the green of the park and, indoors, with the large living area overlooking the sea and pool.

Interior:

The villa consists of two independent apartments. The entrance of the main building leads directly into the spacious and bright living area from which, through a large window, are visible the pool and the sea. Next to the living room is the kitchen, with direct access to the outdoor areas, and the adjoining guest bathroom. The living area leads on to two bedrooms, a double with balcony and direct access to the outside and another double, with extra bed and a window with sea view, and a shared bathroom with shower. The annex built onto the main building has a private entrance which leads into a hallway and then on to a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with extra bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. A few steps away is a large, convenient laundry room/pantry. The distinct Mediterranean style of Villa Del Lentisco can also be seen in the interior finishes, in the colours and furnishings perfect for guests looking for an easy, relaxing stay.

Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

Park:

The garden is fully fenced and covers approximately 2,000 sq m. The white colour of the fence with a typical Mediterranean “scratched” effect enhances the typical plants of mastic (lentisco in Italian), from which the structure takes its name, as well as the flowering plants and palm trees that lift up your spirits while outside. Near the patio, equipped with table and chairs, and the pool area is a stone barbecue ideal for preparing delicious local delicacies to be enjoyed in the spacious outdoor areas, perhaps with a well-known, typical local wine.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The beautiful infinity pool is located near the outdoor patio and is clearly visible from the indoor living area. The rectangular pool measures 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of about 1.30 m and is accessed via 2 easy steps. The surrounding sunbathing area has sunbeds and seating as well as 3 outdoor, cold-water showers. The pool has salt water and hydromassage function; the sand colour and the suggestive evening lighting create an enchanting atmosphere. Ideal for relaxing under the sun during the day with the beautiful view of the sea and, in the evening, with the hydromassage jets before enjoying a well earned rest. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

Pets: On request. € 60,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
