Villa Acqua is one of the Lefkas G-Villas, a complex of villas builded in 2012, with the latest principles of eco-friendly houses; Features like these are its environmental friendly orientation, the green materials that they were used, the curved roofs aiding airflow for natural ventilation, green vegetable garden e.t.c
Villa Acqua, offers you the chance to live a more relaxed pace of life, in pure opulence within the picturesque setting of Marantochori village, in the southwest side of Lefkada only 5 minutes away from the sea. Enjoying the view of idyllic hillsides full of trees and feeling that you are in a small paradise.
Villa Acqua is private, autonomous, filled with trees and flowers, with its own entrance, parking and swimming pool with pool furniture, where you can enjoy your coffee or lunch next to the pool.
It can accommodate from 2 to 5 people, with 2 master bedrooms (king size bed) and one wooden mezzanine with a bunk. Both master bedrooms are ensuite, with jacuzzi, and there is also another communal bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the required electrical appliances.
The stylish interior offers an elegant fireplace, high quality ceramic tiles and atmospheric recessed lighting throughout. There is also Wi-Fi internet connection and satellite TV. Outside, Villa Acqua has a private swimming pool.
The villas are located in the southern side of Lefkada, in Marantochori village (50 km from Aktio National Airport), nearby you will find a supermarket, bakery, patisserie, grill taverna, a beach-bar and a gas-station among others. Vassiliki and Sivota with a health centre, pharmacies, a police station, post office, ATM, clubs, bars and restaurants are located 8 km and 4 km respectively.
Only, 3 km away there are some magnificient beaches like Ammouso beach, Kastri and many little private bays where you can enjoy swimming. The convenient location of G-Villas offers you the opportunity to go anywhere you like for a swim, a walk, shopping, clubbing or entertainment in 5'- 30'.

“Excellent Villa in a Great Location!”
We stayed at Villa Acqua the first week of September 2015. Nefeli assisted us with planning, directions from Athens, and where to go on the Island. Best vacation we've ever had, hands down!! The villa is "as advertised"; rustic style with a beautiful pool and all the amenities of home. We didn't go in the pool much because we were out most of the day. Our villa was clean and well taken care of. They clean twice a week and water the plants daily. There Nefeli had fresh eggs, figs, and tomatoes in the fridge when we arrived. I have to admit, we did eat out for every meal but the kitchen is full stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, etc. It was just a wonderful place to spend our vacation. Its location is fantastic but a bit secluded. Vasiliki is a 5-10 minute drive and we used it as our main hub for vacation. They have an hourly boat taxi to Agiofili beach (the best beach on Lefkada in my opinion). There's numerous shops and taverns and it has an authentic Greek island style. Nidiri is a 15 minute drive north and has excellent restaurants and daily boat tours to Porto Kasiki, Eregemmi, Kefalonia... I highly recommend the beach tours but stay away from the ones that include "the caves" and Scorpio Island tours, we just wanted the beaches! Also, the next town over before Vasiliki there's an excellent restaurant, The Plane Tree Inn or something like that. Greece has so much to offer but I'm so happy we chose Lefkada and Villa Acqua. It truly was the trip of a lifetime! Thanks to Nefeli again! We hope to be back soon!
