Villa Nickelly is a newly built stone villa with a breathtaking mountain view located in the southern part of Lefkada only five minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vassiliki. The villa is elegantly and tastefully furnished with particular attention to details and comfort and in all respect of the natural environment.
The wooden ceilings of the living area give it a warm but also rustic feeling while the spacious master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom makes it the perfect romantic hideaway. A spacious terrace, an elegant pool, and a well-kept garden will allow you to enjoy a relaxing holiday among nature and the numerous olive trees in all tranquility. “Excellent place to stay - stunning views”
I have been to Lefkada many times and stayed in lots of nice houses. I have to say though this is right at the top of the list. The house is very roomy, it is extremely well laid out and suitable for any size of group. The view from the terrace is simply perfect; unlike other houses it may not have a sea view but it does have a view of the mountains and the typical lefkada village of Kontarena, and actually a much more interesting view than then sea. All rooms have direct access to the outside terrace. The owner, a really nice guy called George has created a beautiful garden which was full of lots of flowering plants when we were there in June. Kontarena, is a small village but does have a lovely restaurant or two, and is only a few miles from the windsurfing mecca that is Vasiliki. It is well located for both the west coast beaches and those on the south east coast. All in all I’d stay in this house anytime, and can’t wait to go back.
