Description

Dopo un anno sabbatico con gestione di terzi ritorna la governance dei proprietari storici di Villa Mariella Pittorino, i quali riprendono con rinnovato entusiasmo la gestione, avendo apportato un restauro parziale nel giardino con la realizzazione di un gazebo rotondo con zona salotto ed un restauro al piano terra alle due sistemazioni: SLIEMA ( monoblu e bilocale blu ) e MEDINA ( mono verde e bilocale verde ) .

Dimora storica, massima tranquillita’, accoglienza cordiale e familiare , sono le caratteristiche principali di Villa Mariella Pittorino, situata a Leni, unica contrada dell’isola di Salina rimasta intatta, ancorata ai ritmi, alla calma ed ai silenzi originari isolani: una mulattiera, solo pedonale, completamente lastricata, conduce in 20 minuti al mare di Rinella, unica conca di sabbia di tutta l’isola, borgo marinaro, anch’esso molto autentico che conserva le tracce del passaggio di attori del calibro di Anna Magnani e Rossano Brazzi del film “Vulcano”, ivi girato negli anni ‘40. In alternativa vi è il bus locale che ogni 55 minuti va dalla spiaggia di Rinella alla piazzetta Pittorino, alle cui spalle si trova la struttura, e viceversa, percorrendo per 2.8 km la strada panoramica/provinciale .

Villa Mariella Pittorino e’ costituita da un edificio risalente alla fine del 1700, ricco di testimonianze storiche e si compone di due piani.

L’appartamento Padronale è formato da ampia e luminosa stanza di 35 mq. con letto king-size , volte affrescate, servita da frigo-bar, bagno ultramoderno, sormontato da un soffitto in cristallo, phon, scaldasalviette, cassaforte, tv, condizionatore e ventilatore a soffitto, si affaccia su un balconcino con vista verso la Sicilia e sulle isole di Lipari e Vulcano. Una porta la separa dal salotto/pranzo dotato di un’altra tv e lettore vhs, da questo si accede nella cucina in muratura stile eoliano, messa in risalto dal capiente forno/camino a legna, completa di elettrodomestici. Annesso ad essa vi e’ un secondo bagno dotato di doccia ad idromassaggio. Cinque gradini permettono l’uscita dalla cucina verso il giardino interno dotato di dondolo, tavolini da pranzo, gazebo, barbecue e lettini solarium, area giochi per bimbi. E’ a disposizione, nel salotto, ampia scelta di giochi da tavolo ( scacchi/dama/carte/back-gammon ), vasta libreria di classici, romanzi rosa, storici, di avventura, testi sulle Isole Eolie nelle principali lingue. Wi-fi free . Personale di servizio presente otto ore al giorno a disposizione di tutta la struttura. Accordandosi con la direzione e’ possibile richiedere pulizie supplementari durante il soggiorno, come anche si puo’ richiedere l’intervento di baby-sitter, con costo a parte. E’ anche possibile l’aggiunta di un letto supplementare, nella camera da letto, a richiesta, sempre con costo a parte. Trattasi di un divano letto/pouff adatto per bimbi e ragazzi.

Per richieste di transfer e colazione usufruiti prima delle ore 7.00 è previsto un supplemento una tantum di euro 5,00 a camera.

Sono a disposizione dei turisti, previa richiesta e disponibilita’, asciugamani da spiaggia ed ombrellone, per gli asciugamani da spiaggia sarà richiesto un supplemento di euro 2,50 a telo per il lavaggio/stiro finale che verrà effettuato dalla struttura.

Biancheria da letto/bagno/cucina euro 12,00 a pax ( facoltativo ) e per ogni cambio richiesto durante la locazione

Supplemento culla da campeggio, a richiesta, per bimbi da 0/2 anni euro 15.00 una tantum. La biancheria per la culla verra’ portata dal cliente che richiede di usufruire della culla

bus della CITIS, noleggio moto/scooter, auto. Per quanto riguarda l'auto Salina è l'unica isola delle Eolie sulla quale è possibile, da parte dei non residenti, circolare con la propria auto o una a noleggio, comunque ci si sposta tranquillamente anche con i bus oppure noleggiando motorini. Inoltre presso la struttura e' possibile avere in prestito una macchina a partire da € 35,00 al giorno, carburante escluso, prezzi scontati per pacchetti di 6 giorni.

Omaggi: dal 01/06 al 31/10 quando ci sono il personale e/o la proprietaria: si può scegliere come omaggio il transfer dal porto di Rinella alla struttura solo nelle seguenti fasce di orario e cioè dalle ore 9,00 alle ore 12,00, e dalle ore 16,30 alle ore 19,00 e solo previa disponibilità dell'auto di servizio che non sia già prenotata o fuori uso per manutenzione (tutto quanto non citato è da considerarsi extra). Un parcheggio recintato nel comprensorio, con posti assegnati, permette una comoda sosta della propria vettura gratuitamente.
