Facing spectacular Mont Blanc, this is the highest and most spacious (50m2) one bedroom apartment in Arc 1950. It is privately owned, characterful and quiet with a balcony overlooking the village and pistes and you can cosy up to a log fire every night.

Classified as a "superior apartment" due to its increased space and setting, it includes:

- 1 bedroom [Inform me at least four days before arrival if you want the twin beds to be made as a double. (All sheets are included)],

- bathroom and separate WC

- spacious living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and armchairs

- well equipped small open plan kitchen with dining area.

The village caters for all. A crèche/children's club is available as well as the daily entertainment in the main square. All amenities are within two to three minutes’ walk of the front door including the Cabriolet gondola which can transport you to Arc 2000 in two minutes.

Arc 1950 offers a variety of restaurants, bars and snack bars, a pub, a very well stocked supermarket, boulangerie-patisserie, boutiques, ski equipment and rental shops, the amazing Deep Nature Spa facility and two ski schools. Massages and an osteopath can also be booked.

You will have free access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, as well as a sauna, a hammam, and a well equipped gym.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, an electric towel rail and wall mounted hairdryer. Towels are provided, as well as robes for two adults.

The kitchen is well equipped with a small fridge with a freezer compartment, four ring induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a variety of dinnerware and cooking accessories useful for your stay.

Cleaning products (including dishwasher tablets) and a dishcloth are provided.

Free wifi, 1 digital satellite TV in living room.

24 hour reception desk.

Washing machines and driers are available free to use in the residence.

Ironing board and iron are provided in the apartment.

An end of stay clean is included in the rental fee.

A warm ski and boot locker is provided in the residence with direct ski-in ski-out access

*Chambery, Lyon and Geneva airports are within easy reach. *Trains to the nearby station of Bourg-Saint-Maurice: from the back of the platform you can catch a 7-minute funicular (the ride is incuded in the cost of a ski pass if you have one for that day - it is advisable to arrange this beforehand for possible discounts or you can buy in Arc 1950) and then a free shuttle bus straight to the resort. *Arriving by car? Secure underground parking is available right under your accommodation for an extra fee.

“Perfect for a Family Ski Holiday”

This is perfect for a family ski holiday. It is ski in, ski out, and both the ski hire shops and meeting points of the ski schools are virtually outside the entrance to apartments.

Exactly as described and shown. Apartment is lovely. Nadia is exceptionally helpful. Les Arc 1950 is a fabulous resort. Stayed for a week with my 7 yr old and 10 yr old and we all loved it.

“Top Marks for This Top of The Village Apartment!”

We stayed here for a week of skiing just before Easter. The apartment was clean and well equipped and much more spacious than the photographs let on. It is the highest apartment in Arc 1950 with amazing views to Mont Blanc. The owner is very knowledgeable and sent us a lot of useful information after we booked that helped the rest of our planning. Two bathrobes with slippers and plenty of towels were there on arrival and came in handy for wearing to walk to the two pools downstairs. We booked parking directly under the building since we drove in from the UK. We bought groceries in Albertville on the way. We borrowed a Fondue Pot and a Raclette Grill from the front desk to have some nice meals and we also ate at a few of the restaurants and got take away pizza to eat in the apartment. We bought fresh bread daily at the bakery and bought local and not so local wines and additional groceries at the village super market. The ESF classes met right in front of the building, so getting our son to ski school was easy. He is ten and we let him sledge every evening with the other kids while we watched from the balcony. We also booked a visit to the nearby Spa, which was very enjoyable. There were daily free activities for kids in the Village apres ski. It is a very safe area for families, which make up most of the clientele. We will definitely return to Arc 1950 again.
