Description

A lovely, penthouse apartment in an MGM chalet located in the centre of Les Carroz, over looking the village square (Place de l'Ambiance) - the apartment is surrounded by an excellent selection of shops and restaurants. The main telecabine is about 800m from the apartment and is easily reached by the frequent (approx every 10mins or less) free bus service from the village square - journey time of approx. 2 minutes.

This spacious (62m2) two bedroom (one en-suite) apartment accommodates up to six guests. The main living area benefits from a double height (4.5m) pitched ceiling with large picture windows. The large balcony faces south and has a sunny aspect with views across the village centre to the ski slopes and mountains. It is an ideal spot for apres ski refreshment in the spring, and eating outside in the summer. Finished to the usual high MGM standards the apartment is well furnished in a contemporary alpine style. The apartment also benefits from private underground parking.

“Great base for a ski holiday”

The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of a small traditional ski village. Everything is on the doorstep including restaurants, ski hire, shops, cinema, tourist information and beginners' ski practise area. The well-equipped apartment feels both contemporary and traditional with tasteful wood panelling, high ceilings and a spacious verandah with picture windows looking onto the ski slopes. Les Carroz is a dream for ski beginners like us because the easy slopes and lessons take place high up near all other levels, and near a fine mountaintop self-service restaurant/terrace bar. If Carolyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
