T3 de 50 m² pour 6 personnes au 1er étage d'une résidence.
Appartement traversant est/ouest.
Grande terrasse sud/est de 14 m² où vous pourrez manger et/ou vous reposer en admirant le massif de la Muzelle!
Balcon à l'ouest.
Deux chambres indépendantes avec accès direct sur la terrasse ou le balcon; chacune avec un lit deux places (140X190 cm) avec couettes et taies d'oreiller.
Séjour : belle pièce à vivre donnant sur la terrasse avec un canapé système Rapido pour deux personnes (140x190 cm).
Cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle; four; micro-ondes, cafetière Nespresso...) donnant sur le balcon.
Salle de bain/WC avec douche cascade; lave-linge séchant; sèche-cheveux.
Casier à skis privatif.

A votre arrivée aux 2 Alpes, vous serez accueilli dans les locaux de mon répondant, Immobilier des Alpes, qui s'occupera de la remise des clés et de l'état des lieux.
Le ménage n'est pas inclus. Il est à réserver directement auprès de mon répondant sur place : Immobilier des Alpes.
La location des draps et serviettes n'est pas incluse ! Mon répondant Immobilier des Alpes en propose en supplément (lit bébé et box wifi également) mais sur réservation au moins une semaine avant votre arrivée.
En cas d'arrivée tardive : merci de contacter directement mon répondant Immobilier des Alpes quelques jours avant afin de vous organiser ensemble.
Un contrat de location sera établi entre les deux parties suite à la réservation.
Possibilité de parking gratuit autour de la résidence.
Possibilité de parking couvert payant situé Place de Venosc à 250 m de la résidence.
A 50 m de l'appartement, arrêt de la navette gratuite qui dessert toute la station.
L'appartement est à 1 heure en voiture de Grenoble.
Accès en autocar VFD depuis la gare de Grenoble (Transisère ou Transaltitude) : arrêt à 100 m de l'appartement.
L'aéroport Grenoble-Isère est à 120 km: arrêt des autocars BensBus à 450 m.
Situé au centre de la station (50 m de l'artère principale, Avenue de la Muzelle), ce quartier vivant donne un accès rapide à tous les commerces, bars, restaurants...
La télécabine de Super Venosc est à 250 m.
Le télésiège du Diable est à 450 m.
Le téléphérique du Jandri Express (pour un accès direct au glacier) est à 650 m.
Le rassemblement Côte Brune des écoles de ski ESF et ESI est à 500 m de même que le stade de slalom.
Le cinéma est à 200 m.
La piscine et la patinoire sont à 750 m.
