Chalet Rubicon is a true gem within the Chamonix Valley. This superlative modern private home has a fantastic ski-in ski-out setting at the foot of the world famous Kandahar piste in Les Houches. Ski lifts, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, ski rental and ESF Ski School are all just around the corner.
After a day on the piste, the magic of the French Alps continues at Chalet Rubicon. With the open plan living and wrap around balcony it offers you stunning views of the piste and the Chamonix valley. Relax in the outdoor jacuzzi or the indoor sauna overlooking the Mont Blanc Massif. Together with all its comfort, luxury décor and modern facilities, Chalet Rubicon is the ideal setting for your skiing or summer alpine holiday!

4 bedrooms:

• 1 bedroom which can sleep up to 5 people (2 bunk beds and a standalone bed)
• 1 standalone bathroom (bath with integrated shower, basin, toilet)

Middle floor
• Open plan living/dining area with wraparound balcony, open fire place and large windows offering magnificent views of the Kandahar piste & Grand Massif mountain range.
• Modern fully furnished kitchen with panoramic views of the entire valley from the Grand Massif towards Chamonix
• A modern designer sauna with stone crafted water basin and privacy window offering magnificent views towards Chamonix.
Top floor
3 en suite bedrooms:
• 2 double/twin en suite bedrooms (bathroom with shower, basin, toilet)
• 1 en suite four bed family room with double/twin bed and double/twin bed on a mezzanine. This en suite bathroom has a bath, separate walk in shower, basin and toilet.
SERVICE LEVELS
Designed with flexibility for the discerning skier, Chalet Rubicon can be rented as a self-catered or catered chalet.
Included in the self-catered rental:
• All linen, toilet paper, washing up liquid, tea towels and bath towels are provided.
• All rooms have hair dryers.
• Use of outdoor jacuzzi & indoor sauna
• Use of the fire-place and wood is provided
• In-house rental ski equipment delivery and fitting service (the ski rental itself is not included)
• Help with arranging ski passes and advice on lesson options
If you opt for a catered rental:
Please add 5000 euros per week for the catered package
In addition to the above services, the following is also included with the catered rental:
• Champagne upon arrival
• A private chef 6 days a week (Wednesday excluded)
• Continental breakfast + hot option (self-service breakfast on Wednesday)

CHECK IN: The chalet will be prepared, cleaned and all linen ready for your stay.
CHECK OUT: Before check out you will strip all bed linen and place towels, pillow cases & bed sheets in the 3 separate linen bags provided.
You will leave the property in a tidy state & remove and dispose off all rubbish, toiletries and food stuffs. Any waste left behind will incur a €50 per item deduction from your security deposit.
