Studio de 23 m2. Orient. Sud -Vue sur massif alpin

-Classement. 2* par I & D ( Innovation & Développement Tourisme ) de Haute-Savoie en date du 16 Mars 2022 .

-1er étage

-1 Convertible en 140 + 2 Lits superposés

-Casier à skis - Garage individuel fermé.+ Parking extérieur privé

Information d’ordre sanitaire ( à la date du 07 Mai 2020 )

- Courant Mars et début Avril dernier, nous avons profité de redonner un coup de neuf à l’ensemble du mobilier du studio ( kitchenette, buffet, lits superposés, table, chaises, tables de nuit, tables gigognes et autres accessoires bois ) ayant nécessité les opérations suivantes : nettoyage, dégraissage, ponçage et vernissage. Cet ensemble est donc très clean à ce jour.

- Comme indiqué dans l’un de nos documents, nous changeons toujours et systématiquement après chaque départ du samedi matin : les drap-housse, sous-taies d’oreillers, couvre-lit sur convertible, tapis de paillasse, de salle de bain et de douche.

- à l’aide d’alcool à 95° vendu en litre, que nous avions pris en Italie à l’automne dernier , nous désinfecterons le studio avant l’arrivée de nos vacanciers, en passant sur tout ce que l’on peut toucher à savoir : télécommande TV, commande de fermeture du rideau d’occlusion des baies vitrées, interrupteurs, poignées de portes, robinetteries, équipement w.c…etc. C’est ce que nous faisons régulièrement.

- A noter que dans les produits mis à disposition, il y a toujours eu l’eau de javel.

- Vous pouvez donc être rassurés sur l’état du logement que nous vous réserverions à l’arrivée. Nous ajoutons que depuis quelque temps, nous nous munirons d’un masque nous permettant d’accueillir nos vacanciers leur assurant ainsi une totale sécurité dans le contact.

Par ailleurs, eu égard à l’incertitude dans le déconfinement Covid-19 à venir, nous vous garantissons l’annulation de tout contrat sur simple demande..

Accès Wi-Fi

Les prix indiqués s'entendent pour 3 à 4 personnes. Pour 2 personnes, merci contacter le propriétaire ( par le biais de Tripadvisor ) qui vous en indiquera le montant ainsi minoré et ce, avant réservation.

-Un tarif dégressif serait par ailleurs appliqué sur le prix global lors de la réservation à savoir = R. 10% pour 2 semaines consécutives et 20% pour 3 sem. Nous le paramétrons d'ailleurs lors du contact avec les vacanciers via le site de Tripadvisor et l'appliquons lors de la confirmation de ces derniers.

Dans le prix réglé, tout est compris ( eau, électricité, TV et garage ) sauf la taxe de séjour : € 0.90 par jour et par personne ( les enfants de moins de 18 ans en sont exonérés

Sachez que nous ne prenons plus les animaux et que notre studio est non-fumeur.

Remettons gracieusement des cartes d'hôtes qui permettent l'utilisation gratuite des bus de Chamonix-Bus ( Chamonix, Argentière, Le Tour ) et également du train touristique SNCF ( sur le tronçon Servoz, Les Houches, Chamonix, Argentière et Vallorcine )

- à 150/200m = magasin Bio, Super U et les arrêts de bus

- à 600 m : Office de tourisme, Poste, Cabinet médical ( 3 médecins ),

Pharmacie, Carrefour contact et Banque ( Créd. Agr.)

Les locations se font du samedi ( à partir de 15h ) jusqu’au samedi ( au plus tard à 10h )

À noter que l Tripadvisor met en réserve une caution de 280€.. Celle-ci est libérée sur feu vert ,de notre part auprès de ce site déduction faite d'éventuelle perte d'objet, casse, dégâts ou nettoyage. À ce propos, le locataire s'engage à laisser à son départ, les locaux dans le même état de propreté qu'il les a trouvés à la mise à disposition de ceux-ci. Dans le cas contraire, une participation est retenue sur le montant de la caution en fonction du temps nécessaire au ménage. Il est convenu qu'un constat d'inventaire des lieux loués (mobilier, matériel, ustensiles de cuisine, etc.) est soumis lors de l'entrée en jouissance du studio.

Nous assurons un accueil optimal à nos vacanciers. Notre vocation est de leur remettre un appartement agréable dans son état, sa présentation, sa propreté et son équipement afin de leur assurer un séjour agréable.

En cas d'éventuel problème sur le plan matériel ou de fonction, nous intervenons de suite ( à savoir que nous sommes préventifs pour éviter ainsi tout ennui à nos vacanciers )

Nous habitons sur place et c'est donc nous qui les accueillons...

Nous portons à votre connaissance que nous remettons gracieusement à tous nos vacanciers, des cartes individuelles nominatives qui permettent l'utilisation gratuite des bus Chamonix-Bus ainsi que du train touristique SNCF et ce, dans toute la vallée ( de Servoz à Vallorcine, via Les Houches, Chamonix et Argentière ) Cadences des passages : Chamonix-Bus env. toutes les demi-heures. Le train toutes les heures.

Studio propre bien insonorisé bien situé aupres de tous commerces et bus à proximité pas besoin de prendre la voiture (qui reste au garage)ce qui est un bon point merci
