Description

The self catering ski apartment is situated in Les Houches, 50 m from the main Bellevue Ski Lift. Ski school, Ski rental restaurants and shops are right on the doorstep. The new three bedroom apartment has two balconies with stunning views of the slopes. The three bedroom, two bathroom chalet apartment is tastefully decorated in traditional style. Tiled throughout with underfloor heating and additional radiators for extra heat. Luxury furnishings with deep sofas ensure you can relax after skiing in the Chamonix Valley. The open plan kitchen offers: Dishwasher, Cooker Microwave and Washing Machine and Slow cooker. Lift, Secure underground parking for 2 cars and Ski Lockers.

We can offer catered facilities if required. We can also advise on airport transfers, car hire from Geneva, ski school, ski hire and ski guiding. If you fly out of Gatwick Airport we can offer overnight accommodation and parking at a discounted rate.

Getting around

There is a free local bus service that links Les Houches to all the other Chamonix ski areas ( Brevent/ Flegere Argentiere La Balme) You can also ski in Les Contaimines St Gervais and via the Mont Blanc Tunnel to Courmayeur in Italy A car is useful for these trips but there is a bus service through the tunnel

“Family fun”

We were 6 adults and a baby. Loved the apartment- very well equipped (3 toilets always handy) great position to get to Bellevue lift ( or watch it from the balcony if babysitting ) . Excellent supermarket only 5 mins walk- much bigger than expected. We drove to Chamonix too for skiing- but the ski buses run past the apartment if you want. Owner extremely helpful too.

“Lovely Chalet”

“Space! Great apartment with space to enjoy a night in with gang after fun on the slopes!”

The fact that it's five minutes walk to main lift, easy walk to the supermarket and and easy trip to and from the airport makes it all conducive to a great break. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and having group breakfasts and dinners made it an even more sociable trip. Regarding the skiing, there was no queuing and there mix enough for an intermediate skier like me. There is also the option of loads of other ski areas in close proximity. I'd quite like to try the are in the summer too!

“Beautiful location, lovely spacious apartment and the making of a great holiday!!”

The apartment was situated close to the main cable car up to the slopes which made it extremely convenient. The accomodation itself was spacious and well equiped with two balconies to enjoy the views and the sunshine!! It was the pefect base for a great group holiday, allowing us all to eat in and relax or wander out and enjoy the local food and bars. It was perfect for skiing and it would be as great a base to enjoy the mountains in the summer. Di the owner was extremely informative and helpful with our queries and I would highly recommend a visit!

“Excellent holiday in an excellent apartment!”

This apartment is right in the heart of things; only 1 minute from the ski lift and bars/restaurants. It is very comfortable and homely, with all mod cons. Even with eight of us, there was plenty of room. The kitchen is good enough to cook a full meal in for the whole group, should you want to eat in, and there is a choice of restaurants close by. The skiing, overlooking Mont Blanc, is great for intermediates with lovely runs above and through the tree line. The Kanadahar black run down to the village will test good skiers too, who can finish with a flourish within sight of those watching from the apartment balcony! I will be eagerly awaiting my return trip.

Very efficient communication and instructions from owner. Nice clean, comfortable appartment, roomy and excellent views of ski slopes. Good to be close to village centre in walking distance of ammenities.
