Playgrounds in a walking distance (5-7 minutes). The apartment is located on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the sea and with its private garden, where you can enjoy warm Cyprus evenings with glass of wine... Each bedroom has a shower, master bedroom is en suite. All bedrooms have private access to the garden. 15meters from the sea. It is also very convenient to take a walk or jogging on the walking path, length 25 km. The ideal location of local traditional taverns, high class restaurants and lounge bars. The complex also has common area which includes a children's and adult swimming pool, open air shower, a kitchen where you can prepare drinks, sauna, gym, tennis court, 2 parking. Perfect landscape.
The price includes Russian and English satellite, free wifi.
