Description

A beautiful, traditional and rare townhouse, fully renovated to a luxurious standard, within five minutes walk of the local beach.
Situated on a quiet road, but in the heart of the old town centre, with easy access to shopping, restaurants and historic lanmarks.
The house has been recently renovated with marble floors throughout, designer furnishings, modern appliances and all necessary household equipment.
The property comprises of 3 bedrooms - 2 double bedrooms (1 en suite with shower), I single bedroom with en suite shower (suitable for disabled use) and family bathroom. Bedlinen and towels are provided. The master bedroom, single bedroom and lounge have air conditioning units. The second double bedroom and master have ceiling fans.
There is an open plan lounge, kitchen/diner with a separate dining hall seating up to 12 people. Entertainment facilities include a HD 50" wide screen TV, DVD & CD player with an extensive library to choose from. The sound system extends throughout the house and garden.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with separate utility area with washing machine and tumble drier
The large private garden area, with mature mediterranean foliage and traditional fish pond, includes lounge seating and dining table with parasol and chairs, with external lighting for an atmospheric ambience.
The Dining Hall is perfect for that special occasion with family and friends - seating up to 12 people comfortably, the room lends itself to an intimate and unforgettable dining and party experience. Outside caterers can be arranged by prior appointment.

How do damage deposits work?
