A stunning three-bed barn extension set in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and nestled in the Sperrin Mountains, overlooking Lough Foyle and the Donegal Hills.

Designed and owned by award-winning architects, this contemporary styled new barn has three double/twin rooms and three bathroom/shower rooms over two floors. The ground floor boasts an open plan living and dining area with a log burning stove, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and separate utility room.

The Barn is set in private grounds on a family farm with parking for three vehicles. There are two patio areas and a grassed area suitable for camping (patrons only).

Easy access to the North Antrim Coast, The Roe Valley Country Park, numerous golf courses - including Royal Portrush - and the the bustling seaside resort of Portstewart and the magnificent Giants Causeway makes Number 1 Barn Lane a great base for a family holiday, golf and water sports enthusiasts, hill walkers, Irish whiskey lovers and 'Game of Thrones' fans.

Living Area:

With cosy log burning stove (a supply of logs will be provided), full height windows allowing magnificent views over the rolling countryside with views of County Donegal and Lough Foyle.

Comfortable seating area to accommodate 8 – 10 people with 42 inch flat screen television including NOW TV which allows access to SKY Television, DVD player and wireless MP3 music player.

Free Wi Fi is available throughout the building.

Dining Area:

The solid oak dining table can easily accommodate 8 people and is situated in front of full height windows allowing the view to be appreciated whilst dining.

Kitchen:

The spacious, modern Kitchen is very well equipped and includes a high level integrated cooker, induction hob, coffee maker, built in microwave and an integrated fridge/freezer.

Set in front of full height windows you can appreciate the views whilst cooking.

Ground floor Utility Room/Bathroom:

Including: washing machine and tumble drier, walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Located at ground floor level this area is easily accessible to disabled visitors.

Bedroom 3:

Ground floor Bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an exposed wall of stone. Stunning ceiling to floor windows allow visitors to appreciate the views of County Donegal and Lough Foyle whilst lying in the comfort of their bed.

Plenty of hanging and storage space with bedside lockers and lighting.

Luxurious bedlinen and towels are provided.

The Ground floor has underfloor heating making the space extremely comfortable.

Master Bedroom:

Situated on first floor level the Master Bedroom houses a contemporary styled four poster bed with luxurious bedlinen and towels.

The Master Bedroom has an En Suite with shower, wash hand basin and WC, hand towels and luxury toiletries are provided.

A wall mounted television with integrated DVD player, hanging and storage space are provided.

Bedroom 2:

This includes a zip and link bed which can be set as either two single or one super king sized bed.

A large window overlooks the rolling countryside.

Hanging space and storage available along with luxurious bed linen and towels.

Bathroom:

This includes a bath with hand shower, wash hand basin and WC, hand towels and luxury toiletries are available.

Chill out Zone:

The upstairs chill out zone is situated above the double height volume overlooking the Living Area. It has a seating area, books, maps, DVD's and wireless MP3 music player.

Outside Space:

Visitors can enjoy the views whilst sitting on the decked patio area which has seating and a table for 6 people.

The surrounding beds are imaginatively landscaped and there is a small area to the rear which can be used for camping (patrons only)

There is also a rear seating area which catches the lovely afternoon sun.
