Description

The Casa i Monti is situated in a quiet back road but still in the middle of the small village. The house is renovated in spring 2015 and contains tree separated apartments. Surrounded by a 400 square meter garden with banana-/ and lemon tree every apartment has its own entrance. The washing machine is in a shed in the garden, so that everybody can use it. Who makes holidays in Linosa normally searches a special vacation in the middle of the clear sea and close to the unique nature, builded by a Vulcan. The half German, half Sicilian owner Pina helps you anytime and is there for all your questions.

The 85 square meter apartment Casa Monte Vulcano offers space for at least 4 persons and is proportioned generously. The big eat- in kitchen is furnitured by a daybed, dinette, fridge/freezer, five flame gas stove, gas stove and a lot of kitchen utensils. The smaller bed room has two single beds which could be combined. The big bedroom has a really great double bed made by an Sicilian smith in manual labour. The big bathroom has a double washbasin, bathtub,WC and bidet. From the long corridor you get to the terrace. One part is roofed the other one is opened and invites to take a sun bath. Outside there is also a stove to do pizza and a barbecue. The rooms have ventilators on the slab. If desired here there can also stay up to six persons.

In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und dennoch mitten im Dorfkern von Linosa befindet sich das liebevoll, im Frühjahr 2015, frisch renovierte Casa i Monti, das drei Appartements beherbergt. Umgeben von einem etwa 400 Quadratmeter großen Garten mit Bananen-, Feigen- und Zitronenbäumen hat jede Wohnung ihren eigenen Außenbereich. In einer kleinen Abseite ist die Waschmaschine, die für alle drei Appartements zur Verfügung steht, untergebracht. Wer nach Linosa fährt, sucht den besonderen Urlaub abseits ausgetretener Touristenpfade und mit direktem Kontakt zur Natur und den Menschen. Das Casa i Monti ist für linosarische Verhältnisse sehr gut und vor allem geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die deutsch-sizilianische Besitzerin steht Ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Das 85 Quadratmeter große Appartement Casa Monte Vulcano bietet mindestens 4 Personen Platz und ist großzügig geschnitten. Die große Wohnküche verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, Essecke, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, 5-Falmmen-Gasherd, Gasofen und reichlich Kochutensilien wie auch Geschirr. Das kleine Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Im großem Schlafzimmer steht ein vom Schmied in Handarbeit hergestelltes Doppelbett. Das große Badezimmer verfügt über Doppelwaschbecken, Badewanne, Bidet und WC. Über den Flur gelangt man zur Terrasse mit Garten. Ein Teil ist überdacht, der andere lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Ein Pizzaofen und ein Grill sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Zimmer verfügen über Deckenventilatoren. Auf Wunsch können hier auch 6 Personen untergebracht werden.
