La casa di Jacopo, è il luogo perfetto per chi vuole …scoprire la sensazione di vivere come un isolano… fiancheggiati da famiglie di pescatori locali da cui si possono captare gli usi e i costumi eoliani.
E’ caratterizzata dalla tipica architettura eoliana dove i bianchi contrastano con il blu del mare e dai tipici colori mediterranei.
Si trova nella pittoresca piazzetta dei “Murales”, una zona tranquilla nel cuore di Lipari, a due passi da Marina Corta considerata il salotto dell'isola, e luogo di partenza per tutte le escursioni giornaliere nelle Isole Eolie.
La casa, di nuova costruzione, è indipendente e può ospitare 4 persone, sono presenti una camera matrimoniale + una cameretta con letto a castello, 2 bagni.
Potrete avere la tranquillità di una casa accessoriata di tutto:
lavatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, utensili da cucina, biancheria (incluse tovaglie, strofinacci, lenzuola ed asciugamani), cassaforte, ecc.
Con supplemento a parte, se interessati, è possibile usufruire dell'aria condizionata nella camera matrimoniale (ma la casa è molto fresca e non ce n'è sostanzialmente bisogno).
Nel piano superiore è presente una terrazza solarium con sdraie.
