The Stables, part of Fermanagh Self Catering unit is on the ground floor of a converted stable/barn. It has a contemporary layout kitchen, dining and living room in an open plan space converted from old stables and servants quarters. It has a modern fitted kitchen with good storage and worktop space and all mod cons are provided.

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area.. Cook or be at the sink and watch TV and the Oscar wood/ multi fuel burning stove..

Separate bathroom off living area

Modern kitchen- Dishwasher, Wash machine/tumble drier, microwave, Halogen hob, fridge & freezer, iron and board

Walk into conservatory with grapes peaches etc (in season!)

The stables (sleeps 5) also features an LCD television, dining table which seats six, a leather suite and a wood burning stove with original brick chimney breast. A fully glazed door opens into a large sunny greenhouse with grape vines, peaches and vegetables. The patio area is adjacent to a beautiful nature pond. (Please note there is a metal/ wooden grid so is safe but supervision of very young children may be necessary)

The house is eco friendly, with a fully equipped bathroom with bath and solar heated hotwater using naturally harvested rainwater. Natural pine wood used extensively including entire ground floor and double sheeted doors. 22 meg WI-FI throughout.

The second bedroom- can also be configured with one superking or two single beds and also features an en-suite (Including Bath and Shower cubicle), with mains pressurised system, shower and bath- and storage. There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower, WC, WHB. The Stables self catering unit is wheel-chair friendly.

Bicycles available, Shared tennis court on site, Private fishing lake / river, Climbing frame and slide, Swing set, Trampoline, sand pit, basketball net, football goals, tree house (proper one). Free access to games room wih slatebed snooker/ pool table, table tennis, table football, darts (please ask) wii/dvd/TV, play mats, toys. There is croquet and badminton equipment on site and a store containing good quality recliner chairs and pads, fridge for fishing bait, additional picnic gear, place for drying outside clothing etc, OS maps, jigsaws, toys and board games with some reference books and novels/ childrens books.

There is a hot tub and sauna available for exlusive use (surcharge applies). There are sunloungers, recliner chairs with seat pads.We have bikes and kayaks available for hire. Outdoors: badminton and croquet, football and childrens play area- sand pit swings, slide 14'trampoline. Archery lessons available- and mountain bikes for hire (extra charge). only a few miles from new Mountain bike circuit. Archery instruction and badminton coaching are also available on site. Babysitting service available.

Bins need to have been filled correctly: GREEN ordinary waste, BLUE recycling paper, cardboard, plastics, tin, CRATES for glass recycling.
BROWN for any food waste.
Any food that hasnt been consumed can be left on table/ in fridge/ freezer for recycling.
If pets have been staying, NO surface should contain pet hair.
Additional charges will be incurred for damage or extra cleaning.
