Located in the ski resort of Livigno, known as the "little pearl nestling in the heart of the Alps’’, with idyllic natural surroundings and the popular Ski slopes situated on the doorstep, this fabulous self-catering Ski chalet apartment provides the perfect base from which to explore!

At around 40sqm in size the property is ideal for couples, and offers guests a modern and open plan layout, with a tasteful and welcoming decor of warm sunny tones, pine wood and comfortable furnishings. The comfortable sitting area is ideal for relaxing with a flat screen SAT TV and WIFI access provided for guests’ entertainment. The mountain-view living area also features a stylish dining area which sits up to 4 and also a fully equipped kitchenette; allowing you the freedom to cook delicious homemade meals during your stay.

A romantic private Swiss chalet style balcony overlooks the sunny mountainside which is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening aperitif before exploring the bars and restaurants of Livigno.

The sleeping accommodation is spacious and very comfortable with a master bedroom decorated in warm burgundy hues to complement the pine wood and sunny aspect. The comfortable double bed is complemented by bedside tables and a desk which in the lovely modern interior create a restful retreat from the ski slopes.

The ski chalet apartment further features a spacious modern shower room and benefits from laundry facilities and a shared Ski boots and storage area.

The heart of the vibrant Ski resort of Livigno is within easy reach of the property and guests can enjoy its many amenities, attractions and activities.

Livigno is known as boasting one of Europe’s finest Snow board parks and some fantastic Ski runs particularly popular with intermediate skiers. By day, depending on the time of year, guests can also enjoy hiking through Lago di Livigno and the Swiss National Park, mountain biking at the Mottolino Bike Park, dog sledding, ice climbing, Go-karting in the snow, horse riding and also relaxing in the Resort’s Wellness Centre, with its full length Swimming pool, Spa treatments, perfumed Saunas and modern Gym facilities.

The first day at the wellness centre is free of charge for the guests and any extra day has an additional charge. Please enquire for more information.

Livigno is also well known as one of the few European tax havens and boasts a fabulous array of designer outdoor clothes shops as a result! By night Livigno is a popular and vibrant destination with all ages, offering a fantastic range of bars, pubs and nightclubs, as well as live music venues to enjoy.

The resort also boasts a vast selection of cafes and restaurants to try; from authentic ‘Agroturismos’ and Pizzerias to fine Italian dining and contemporary world cuisine; every taste bud can be satisfied in Livigno!

Equally situated from both Zurich and Milan Linate Airport (both 200km away) guests can reach the resort easily by car hire from Zurich or can take the a regional train from Milan to Tirano, and from there take a local bus directly to the Livigno Ski Resort.We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our local property manager: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per stay, Push Chair - EU 25 per stay, Camp Bed – EU 20 per night (not in all properties a bed can added, please check first), Wi-Fi or Mobile Internet Stick - EU 35 per stay.
