Description

Modern, cosy, fully equipped apartment in the city centre, on the border of the pedestrian zone. Two separated bedroms (with 1 King bed or two singles- please let me know your preferences) and 2 additional sofa beds suitable for children's until 12 years, optional baby cot. Apartment size 55 m2, dining area for 4 persons. It is on the 7th floor with beautiful view, wheelchair access, elevator.

Castle funicular, Dragons bridge, food store, restaurants and Plecnik's attractions such as Central Market and Peglezen are in 2 min area. Most city atractions, restaurants and bars in 8 min area (Town hall, Triple and Cobblers' Bridge, Prešernov trg, City Catedral..).

High speed WIFI internet and radio with blutooth conection available.

You can reach all major destinations by foot and leave a car in front of the building - street parking, hourly rate is 0,7 Eur from 8-19h, Saturday after 1 pm and Sundays free. But you can only pay for 4 hours at a time, so you have to return to your car to get a new ticket. 15 minutes walk away is a parking where you can leave a car for 8 Eur/day. About 300 meters or 4 min walk from the apartmentis are parkings where you can leave a car for about 17 Eur/day, there is also a garage for 25 Eur/day.

Getting around

All sights in City centre are 1 or maximum 10 minutes walk away. Stores, cafes, bakery, open food market, castle funicular are about 1-3 minutes walk. City Bus No. 2 from main bus station stop is next to the building and same line go to the Žale, BTC shoping mol and Atlantis swiming pool. Pools Kodeljevo, Kolezija, Ilirija are in 10-15 minutes walk range same as the main bus and train station. Childrens play ground is in the park in front of the apartment.

Interaction with guest

​I will meet you and hand you a key to the apartment. Since we don't have a reception please let me know your approximate arrival time in advance and then also call me, if you are arriving with a car, when you are across the Slovenian border. If you will stop somewhere then please call 40 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and reduce waiting. Please let me know if you prefer any assistance during your stay or when you planning your trip.

House rules

Don't smoke even by the open window and don't use fire in the apartment. Please read printed manuals on arrival, be courteous to your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7 am. In case of any malfunction contact the owner immediately.
Since we don't have a permanent reception please let me know your arrival time in advance and let me know if it changes. Late check in, after 10pm is charged 20 Eur, waiting for guest exceeding 30 minutes time frame is charged 20 Eur/hour.
