Description

BEACH HUT APARTMENT is one of 2 luxury holiday apartments and is situated in the beautiful, Victorian,seaside town of Llandudno on the North Wales Coast. We are in a beautiful, tree-lined road - known as the "garden of Llandudno" situated on the level and within a few minutes walk from beach, promenade, all shops and restaurants, theatre, train stationand bus station.

The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and is beautifully decorated on a beach and maritime theme and comprises of entrance hall, spacious kitchen/diner/lounge with fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric full size oven, retro fridge, toaster and kettle, and dining area with dining table and chairs. The lounge area has comfy sofa with flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player with selection of DVDs and occasional furniture. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and bedside lamps and wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower room off the bedroom. All bedding and towels provided as well as a luxury welcome pack for your enjoyment.

We do accept up to two well behaved dogs - there is a small charge of between £10 and £25 per dog depending on length of stay.

There is a beautiful garden area with garden furniture for your enjoyment.

No gate to stop dog for going on to road. Other wise great stay.nice and clean and could feel warmth soon S walked in. Please put a gate. Then I can stay again. And be able to sit outside in garden. With out worring about dog.

Very clean and well presented. Owners are friendly and very helpful. Bed a little small for two people and so a tad uncomfortable. Footsteps echo on wood floors in the upstairs flat so sleep can be disturbed.

Response from the owner Hi Paul - thankyou for your comments and pleased you liked the apartment. The bed is a standard double so if you are used to a king size it could seem small. So sorry if you had any noise from the other apartment - I know they did have 2 boys - we do not have many children staying - only in the 6 weeks summer period - and I do rely on the parents to supervise them. How do damage deposits work?
