This modern and cosy town house with private pool in Llubí sleeps up to 6 people.
You can enjoy a pleasant holiday in the various outdoor areas of this property. The beautiful chlorine pool, measuring 5x3 m with a depth of 0.9 to 1.10 m, is ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. You can spend good times on the porch, with your family and friends, enjoying delicious meals prepared on the barbecue or taking advantage of the Mediterranean weather during the summer evenings. The property is located within the village and has neighbours nearby.
The interior of the house is very spacious and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you'll find the living room, dining room and kitchen with a gas hob. This air-conditioned space is fully equipped so that you can relax, eat and cook as if you were at home. This floor is completed by a bathroom with a shower and a room with toys for the family little ones. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms; two with a double bed each and the other with twin beds. One of the bedrooms with double bed has an en-suite bathroom with shower, a dressing room and exit to the terrace overlooking the village. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Finally, if you are travelling with your baby, we will provide you with a cot and a high chair.
If you are looking for a quiet holiday, Llubí is the perfect place, as it is a peaceful inland village but with all the essential services for your stay. You will be able to enjoy getting to know different areas of the interior of the island, such as the cultivated fields where the farmers work the land and then sell their products in the markets of the nearby villages. About 20 minutes away by car you will find the fine white sandy beaches with crystal clear waters such as Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor. They offer a variety of water activities: sailing, kayaking, diving, windsurfing, among others. In all these villages you will find a variety of restaurants and bars where you can dine out after a relaxing day at the beach.

The well-kept exteriors feature a 26 m2 garden, a private, 3 m x 3 m salt water pool with a depth of 0.9 m and a trampoline, where your children can jump and play. On the 16 m2 porch you may enjoy lazy afternoons while having a drink or chatting to your friends. If you like cooking outside, there is a mobile BBQ.
Stylistically, the interiors of this two-storey house are modern and bright, offering a high standard of living. On the ground floor, there is a sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV, an open, well-equipped kitchen with gas stove and a shower bathroom. Your kids will enjoy playing in the children's room, where they will find different toys. If you travel with a baby, we gladly supply a cot and a high chair.
Upstairs, there is one twin bedroom and two double bedroom. One double bedroom comes with shower bathroom en-suite, changing room and access to a 12 m2 terrace. Furthermore, there is a bath with bath tub on the upper floor.
Llubi, located in the northern centre of Mallorca, is an authentic, small village. This zone is particularly inhabited by farmers and due to this fact, the landscape is characterized by fields. On Tuesday takes place the weekly market in Llubi, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.
By car you can go to the beautiful north coast and to beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicente and Formentor. All of them are fine grained, offer amenities like cafés and sun loungers and are nice to practise water sports; for example kitesurfing, windsurfing or diving.
