The name of the estate stems from laurel plant, in heraldry "laurel" sacred to the god Apollo, who became a crown with its branches, after having transformed into a plant, Daphne, daughter of Peneus river that ran away ...
In addition to the laurel and olive trees, the estate has' created an olfactory journey of aromatic herbs and Mediterranean herbs: thyme, lemon balm, oregano, stevia, tarragon, fennel, mint, sage, elder, incense.
In the orchard guests can enjoy and discover a collection of ancient flavors: lazzeruolo, winter mountain ash, mulberry, Murgia apples, pears, figs, rosettes, almonds, apricots, plums, cherries, sour cherries.
In the greenhouse, a vertical wall of aromatic plants to choose, according to the tastes and the needs of guests, the herb for the wellbeing of body and spirit "infused".
