The village of Loix in Re is charming, typical, very flowery two minute walk.
Church with charming small square and creperies.
Rides for children, the morning market.
Very close to the beach.
Very large garden with games for children.
Housing: House located 2 minutes walk from the centre and in a quiet area, ideal for touring, family vacation and discovered bird.
The garden is great, enclosed and shaded by large trees place.
Separate kitchen (gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer), living room with telephone and television.
Two rooms: - one with double bed 140 - second bedroom with bed 140 and loft beds (3 levels of bed a place) bathroom (shower + washbasin), WC separated Garage to store your bicycles, garden furniture and barbecue.
Terrace with chairs and tables in the shade.

“Lovely quiet area but villa disappointing”
The owner is very helpful if you have queries and rented it to us for 3 nights. Unfortunately this was advertised as having one family bathroom, a shower room and separate toilet. There is not a family bathroom and the newly installed shower room leaked water on to the main floor. Property is very dated and in need of some decoration and would feel very crowded with 7 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with crockery, pots and pans etc but there is not a spare cupboard to put any dry goods (cereals etc) in that you may take with you. The grass needed cutting and the garden needed tidying. We did not feel the villa was value for money. There is a restaurant within easy walking distance and a well stocked Spa grocers. Area is very quiet and nice for walking and cycling.

Response from the owner Des locataires peu loyaux et incorrects : ils publient un commentaire désobligeant publiquement sur la plateforme, après avoir loué une maison de 90m2, dans un jardin de 600m2 sur la très prisée Ile de Ré, et ce pour le prix le moins cher du marché. La maison n'est pas refait à neuf, c'était précisé, néanmoins elle possède tout le nécessaire, est confortable et propre. Pour les prestations attendues, je conseille à ces locataires de tripler leur budget vacances !
