Description
The villa is built of Arctic pine using modern environmentally friendly building techniques. It is immersed in an organic olive grove. It has balconies at the front and back to enjoy the beautiful mountain (full Appennini range) and countryside views. Photovoltaic solar panels on the roof provide electricity and a burning stove keeps the ambient temperature up during the cooler months. The villa is virtually free from magnetic fields.
Besides, you can opt for the fun Italian and hands-on 'Abruzzese' cooking sessions offered on-site. This will greatly enhance your holiday experience helping you interact and become familiar with the language and culinary richness of this region.
Staying at the villa, you will have a relaxing and holiday with plenty of places to explore nearby. The grounds around the house can be explored and the back garden area there are table and chairs to eat alfresco. Hammocks hang in the trees around the house to take a siesta in the nature.

Response from the owner Merci pour votre commentaire, nous sommes desoles si vous avez trouve le dernier trait de la route d'access en mauvaises conditions. Effectivement suite a des fortes pluies, nous avons eu des dommages a la rue, mais nous venons de la reparer. Toutefois, il est vrai qu'il s'agit d'une rue de campagne, qui peut s'endommager avec le mauvais temps.

“A wonderful Italian Experience”
The house is located in an olive grove about 5 minutes drive from the nearest town of Loreto Aprutino. A rental car is essential. We arranged to meet the owners Mother in the town and she brought us to the cabin. Everything was as described. A beautiful location with wonderful views and very tranquil. We spent our days exploring the nearby villages and sunbathing in Pescara (In October!) I liked the location because you had a choice of what to do each day mountains/beaches/shopping all within half an hour of the house. Everything went smoothly with the booking and would love to go back someday.

“A Tranquil Taste of Italy”
I had a lovely time here and would certainly recommend it. The accommodation is beautiful and gives a restful air which befits the surrounding countryside. Staying amidst an olive grove afforded a wonderful opportunity to see how olives are harvested. The local oil is amazing! I loved the jacuzzi bath and how pretty the bedrooms were. No fuss, just natural architecture and decor to suit. Hire a car and explore the surrounding towns - very picturesque. Hoping to go back and stay again.

“A true Italian experience!!!”
We spent a few days at Villa Fiorano after visiting the hot and overcrowded cities of Rome and Florence. The cottage was an idyllic place to chill out and enjoy nature. We also looooved the rustic, authentic Italian cuisine of Maria, a true Italian Mamma! The place was very clean and we were not disappointed in any way. This is the place where we enjoyed Italy just as an Italian would! We highly recommend it to everyone!
