Description
Cette propriété d'un hectare, à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute Almeria - Alicante, se situe dans une vallée entre Bedar et Antas. De la villa on aperçoit la mer et la côte almérienne.
Une partie du jardin est arboré d'espèces décoratives comme des palmiers, bananiers, bougainvillées, notamment autour de la piscine de 10 m sur 5 avec un bassin pour les plus petits. C'est une piscine à l'eau salée chauffée par une pompe à chaleur. Des barrières en protègent l'accès pour la sécurité des enfants.
Il y a un terrain de beach-volley où on peut également jouer au badminton et à la pétanque (boules à disposition). Une table de ping-pong est également à votre disposition.
Deux garages et un vaste espace pour plusieurs voitures complètent la description.
Les nombreuses terrasses tout autour de la villa vous permettront de profiter du soleil ou au contraire de vous en abriter lorsque celui-ci tape trop fort! En été le patio avec sa fontaine est l'endroit idéal pour déjeuner.
Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent le hall d'entrée avec un débarras et une toilette pour les invités, un vaste salon avec 2 canapés, télévision (en français et en anglais), lecteur de CD et de DVD; une spacieuse cuisine avec frigo, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, machine à café et tous les accessoires nécessaires (plancha électrique). Les repas se prennent généralement à l'extérieur été comme hiver; sinon la salle-à-manger permet facilement à 8 personnes de diner à la même table. La suite parentale se trouve également au rez-de-chaussée avec vue sur la piscine.
Un escalier en marbre vous conduit à l'étage où se trouve la salle-à-manger dont la table peut servir également de table de jeux. Un accès à internet haut débit y est disponible (wifi dans toute la maison avec 15 Mb (download) + 2 Mb (upload)). Trois autres chambres se trouvent à l'étage. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle d'eau particulière et d'une terrasse.
L'air conditionné est installé dans chaque chambre ainsi qu'au rez-de-chaussée.
Près de la piscine se trouve un studio indépendant (avec chauffage et climatisation) avec 4 lits simples et une grande salle d'eau.

“Beautiful spacious and clean villa in a calm setting”
Wonderfull villa with great swimming pool. It has a lot of rooms, all in a perfect clean state. Situated in beautiful surroundings it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. We will certainly return there!

What I like in the reviews are the points to improve and undoubtedly it would be time to renew the bedding in the studio (which will be done soon). The other problem is the waiting time to get hot water to the faucets; probably a circulator built into the piping would speed up the process but it might not be very economical (to discuss with my plumber). “Excellent”
Just returned from a week stay at villa clairol and we had a fantastic time. The villa was clean and well equipt. Would recommend anyone to stay there, the area of mojacar is beautiful. The owner Olivier was lovely and very helpful nothing too much trouble. Hopefully book again for next year.
