Welcome to our new, luxurious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in the beautiful gated community Solterra!

Community

From the community you have easy access to Interstate 4 (I-4). It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the major attractions of Orlando including Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. The community itself features a 6700 sq ft clubhouse with an internet room, fitness center and a large inviting gathering room. There are also various outdoor activities possible, among them are a volleyball field, children’s playground, picnic area. What you will love in Solterra is resort style pool with a water slide and beach like entrance. If you prefer the beach over a pool, that’s just about an hour drive until you can hop in the ocean.

Our Villa

Is a single story house with a wide and open floor plan with over 2800 sqft of living area excluding the gorgeous covered outdoor area (lanai). The house was professionally decorated with modern décor and contemporary furniture. We have two en suite Masters with king beds, each having a separate restroom and a private bathroom. One Master has a gorgeous walk- in double shower and the other Master has a walk-in shower and a tub. The Queens room has an en-suite bathroom too. The Twin and Bunked Bed room share a full bath with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is accessible from the pool so you can enjoy a nice warm or cold shower before and after the pool. All our beds are equipped with a mattress topper so you can get a good night sleep after an exhausting day in the parks.

In our two living areas there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy some quality time with family and friends. In the living room is equipped with a 60 “ Flat Screen TV and the retreat offers you a 55 “ Flat Screen with a game station. The sectional in the retreat can be transformed into another queen size bed where the kids can hang out or you could have a short break. In addition we provide Flat Screen TVs throughout the house in the bedrooms. The enormous kitchen is fully equipped. Supplementary to the normal coffee maker you’re welcome to use the Nespresso machine and froth maker provided, but you would have to bring the coffee capsules with you. For seating we offer you a formal dining table, a breakfast nook and some high chairs. A washer, dryer and iron is provided in case you would have to do some laundry.

Our pool is southwest facing with a large open space on the south side. At the raised Jacuzzi you can enjoy the comforting sound of the spa and the water feature while relaxing in one of our loungers. You could also have a nice evening chat with family or friends at the table on our lanai. For your safety you can use the child safety fence provided.

The garage is converted into a games room, which offers you the opportunity to play some Air hockey or have a nice game at the pool table.
