Description

We are situated in the middle of a peaceful, rural village, ideal for just relaxing and taking easy short walks. The 'L' shaped single story barn at West View has been converted into three self-contained cottages. They are frequently being refurbished and tastefully decorated to provide accommodation of a high standard. The two bed roomed cottages have 43" QLED television and DVD player. We aim to provide a feeling of 'home from home.' The cottages face South on to an ornamental paved patio with tubs of plants and flowers. There is also off road parking. This cosy cottage is central heated. Pheasant cottage has an open plan lounge with views on to the patio and towards our field. The lounge leads through an archway to the dining kitchen area. The fitted kitchens are fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave and fridge. One bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has full-sized pine twin beds. The cottage has a newly fitted bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and basin. The Cottage has a patio table and seating. Fibre Broadband access is available.

Getting around

A car is preferred. There is limited public transport. There are 2 buses to Louth and Mablethorpe on a Wednesday and Friday. It is possible to catch a bus to Lincoln and Grimsby from Louth. There a plenty of taxi firms in Louth. The nearest railway stations are Market Rasen and Grimsby 20 miles away.

The cottage was clean warm and in a lovely area. Owners were very helpful and welcoming. We would recommend to other people.
