“breathtaking views from our own private beach and a most helpful host”
We had a relaxing holiday with two teenagers at this privately owned property, which overlooks parts of Dubrovnik and the some small islands. It is the most amazing spot- the apartment is right at the water with private access to the sea and every night we sat out to enjoy the view and sunsets. Neda is a very friendly lady, who lives above the holiday apartments and goes out of her way to support and help her guests; i.e. she gave us a lift to the supermarket on the first night, she arranged taxis and jet skis and even provided a needle when my husband stepped onto a sea urchin. The boat trip around the islands and the jet ski came directly to our private beach, which Neda all arranged. The apartment was very clean, but the kitchen was a little basic and tired looking, which did not matter as we were eating out most evenings. The food is very reasonably priced (you must try the restaurant across the road) and Dubrovnik is definitely one of the nicest cities we have ever seen. Amazingly nearly everybody speaks English and people are very friendly. The last two nights Neda moved us to one of her other apartments set further away in the mountains. It was very comfortable, modern and spacious with a pool and we loved it too. The only thing we would recommend is to have a car. NEDA- We will be back and recommend you to all of our friends!
