Sympathetically renovated group of gites, set in the beautiful Loire Valley, with its own micro-climate (our thermometer regularly climbs 5° or more above reported temperatures).

Great for activity holidays or just to chill by the 50m2 pool.

Just 30 mins from the world renowned 24hr Le Man's circuit, yet surrounded by Chateaux and other attractions.

Minutes from the motorway and easily reached, 3 minutes from Chateau du Loire.

An amazing walking, cycling and cruising area with regular rallies passing the door.

Hot tub available at additional small charge for set up (€30, payable locally)

As much as Kay and I live onsite, we do not like to impose on your break away. We remain available and often can be found in the beautiful courtyard having an afternoon "apero", but the choice to come and chat, take an apero, or ask us any questions is yours.

House rules

Groups welcome as we have other gites as well. Catering may be supplied also.
The gite is used for B&B when not pre-booked and therefore continental breakfast is a daily option.
The gite is to be left clean and tidy with all surfaces cleaned and ready for new guests. We can offer a cleaning option for £50.

“Beautiful location”

Trevor and Kay couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. The gite is fabulous with everything you need and more:- cable TV, wifi, modern kitchen and crystal clear pool. Chateau du Loir is a few minutes drive with restaurants, weekly market and huge supermarket.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
