The beautiful Dalmatian stone house was completely renovated and set up to be a luxurious home for up to 7 people. It is situated in a residential area and it's located just a few meters from the sea. The villa is perfect for family or group of friends who want to enjoy and relax.
The space
The beautiful Dalmatian stone house is completely renovated and set up to be a luxurious home for up to 7 people. It stretches on property situated just a few meters from the sea in a residential area and surrounded by gardens. The villa stretches on two floors and is perfect for a large family or group of friends who wants to be together but still enjoy commodity. On the first floor is a kitchen, dining room, spacious living room (with digital SAT-TV, DVD, bar and french balcony with a splendid view of Lumbarda's harbor and Peljesac canal with little islands in between. On the same floor, there is a huge bathroom with a bathtub, and in front of it, there is a cozy & spacious loggia and terrace with gardens full of flowers from all over the world and Mediterranean herbs and trees. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, SAT-TV, and air-conditioning. In front of it there is a garden and terrace facing north and on the side is a BBQ area and gazebo to make Your outdoor experience.

Lumbarda or the so-called Sandy beach paradise has about 1200 inhabitants and lies on the very sunny, lush green island of Korcula. From the sandy soils in Lumbarda famous white wine 'Grk' is produced. In addition, numerous varieties thrive here like aromatic herbs, olive groves, pine forests, and vineyards bordering the sea are simply beautiful. Lumbarda is mainly famous for its fine sandy beaches, many cycling and hiking routes, organic food, and great vine, and it's mainly a popular holiday destination for families. Lumbarda spreads at the eastern tip of the island of Korcula and is only about 6 km away from the old town of Korcula.
The old town of Korcula is one of the most attractive and best-preserved towns from the Middle Ages in the Mediterranean area. The island of the same name is one in a long line that forms the archipelago that runs along the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea.
