Our Duplex holiday home Villa Kora, stunning both in design and location, is waiting for you! It has a two compleately separate floors /apartments and each accommodate 6 persons. This is ground floor - Apartment Sea.

With a spacious double bedroom, elegant twin room, stylish bathroom with a shower and a stunning open plan living and dining area with kitchen, it has absolutely everything you need for your stay.

It has a gorgeous outdoor siting area with a jacuzzi and all of that just 60 meters from the sea!

Relax in style on one of Croatia's most famous islands.

Located in Lumbarda this luxury holiday home is perfectly situated close enough to the historic medieval town of Korcula (5km), but far enough so you can relax and unwind away from the tourist buzz.

With a big choice of beaches in Lumbarda whether is sandy, pebbled or rocky getaways, the location is perfect for ultimate relaxation.

Wander through the small streets full of Dalmatian charm where time stands still. Drink coffee or sip wine watching the gorgeous Croatian sunsets.

Talking about wine's Lumbarda is very known for that too. Famous Grk white wine is produced locally. Enjoy wine tasting experience at the number of family run wineries.

If you prefer to visit us with a car no problem you have 3 outside parking places plus a closed big garage.

Getting around

If you have your own car than.."the whole Island is yours" ! Korčula is just 10 min away, center Lumbarda 1 km or best sandy beaches not even 2 km from the house. If not you can allways call taxi or rent bikes or just take the bus, wich stops only 60 meters from the house and it goes every hour during the day, direction town Korčula or sandy beaches in Lumbarda!

“Elegant, accessible, modern living”

Modern, immaculate house. Lovely welcome from the owner Open plan dining/kitchen/living area & wide doors & large shower made it not only elegant but also pretty good for a wheel chair user (a ramp for the two steps into the house would have made it even more accessible, + there is a small ridge to get over to access the lovely terrace) Well-equipped kitchen made cooking a joy (though often tempted away by good restaurants short walk/roll away) Although not in the centre of Lumbarda this part of Lumbarda has its own lovely bay (and on shore restaurant as well as the lovely Zure restaurant/winery) and it is an easy walk/roll/push into the main harbour. (The route in to central Lumbarda includes a section without pavements so a reflective band or bike lights would have been useful for returning with wheelchair at night). There is also a bus stop a few meters from the front door with the Lumbarda-Korcula bus and on site parking (garage) if using a car A very enjoyable stay - this place was excellent for our needs and has a real feel of luxury about it.
